"Look no further than European Tile and Marble". They are the total package and best I have found in the Bay Area. Their selection is beyond belief, absolutely sure to please and so great to imagine your space so many different ways. Lay out tiles there, take pictures or take samples home.
Once ready to start narrowing down, Emilia and team are there to reel you back in, explain the pros and cons, the best combinations and guide you to make the right choice for you. No Googling everything on your own.
Having done several projects over the last decade with ET&M, they have always gone above and beyond. They are there for you throughout your project. You can depend on their advice, expertise and above all their patience. You might think all they offer comes with a high price tag, but I assure you their prices are in line and their knowledge is unsurpassed.
Having recently returned to them as we start yet another bathroom remodel, it's comforting to know that my hardest decision of "Where to go and whom to trust" has been made.

We came here looking for tile for our two bathrooms and we were very happy with the selection and service. Emilia is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out beautiful tile for our bathrooms. She is kind and professional, and she will do everything she can to ensure that you are happy.

Emilia and her entire staff are so helpful and knowledgeable! Always a smile and creative ideas with a huge selection of tiles to choose from - I never leave disappointed. The BEST place to shop for tiles!!

This is the second time we have used this tile store based on our contractors recommendation and both times they have ordered way too much tile with no returns and it was expensive tile. This time they shorted us enough tile for the shower and with the tile guys at the house we had to have them quickly order more. The box of tile was less expensive than the $171 expedited shipping fee. What’s worse is they wouldn’t admit to their mistake instead blamed us for not measuring correctly. We measured and I know how to measure and the tiles guys measured. They could have offered to pay 50% but wouldn’t budge. We now have 7 boxes of leftover tile between the two bathrooms, needless to say we won’t be going back so heads up.

We're thrilled with the selection, service and pricing. Our new bathroom is perfect! On top of that both our contractor and we forgot a key item which the staff offered to pick up from the distributor for us on their way to the shop and did not charge us for their time! + Selection + Pricing ++ Service Do not expect warehouse style showroom this is a small independent dealer--this is a much nicer and more personalized experience. We which we had more kitchens, and bathrooms so we could work with them again. :)

When I was shopping for a backsplash for my kitchen two years ago I landed here on a referral. I knew then when I got the opportunity to remodel my bathroom this is where I was coming. The selection and beauty of the tiles here was breathtaking. Well I got my wish, I just remodeled my guest bath Emilia was so helpful and talented with a great eye for design. Service was awesome. This is the best place for selection and help.

We had an incredible experience at European Tile and Marble! Emilia suggested some creative arrangements we never would have considered on our own. We felt comfortable and not pressured and we could tell she really wanted to help us find the right options. After many visits to many shops, everything finally came together here!

A lot of product packed into a tight space. I knew what I was looking for in terms of looks and they were able to quickly bring samples to me, allow me to take them home in my space and responded with pricing and availability in less than 24 hours. Great customer service and friendly folks too. Very quick service and the warehouse team was very helpful. They received a pallet from the manufacturer that was not stacked ideally. The warehouse re-arranged the pallet and examined for damage which was immediately refunded. Fair, honest treatment.

Beautiful store with wonderful selection. Emilia is a good listener and pulled together samples I loved. She has a wonderful eye for color and knows her stock and vendors. I am delighted with my finished bathroom.

Went over today at 4:30 to look at tile for a fire place remodel. No one was on the floor so we shouted "hello." A woman's voice called "hello" back to us but no one emerged. After another few minutes, my husband poked him head into the office area and saw a woman at her computer. She saw him but didn't respond in any way. We did see a young man sweeping the floor with his back to us. After another three minutes, we left. Stock might be great; prices might be reasonable but service makes or breaks a company and ET&M's service stinks.

The best person to work with is Emilia. Friendly and knowledgeable. Look nowhere else. Unfortunately some of the other people in the office were lazy and unfriendly. Emilia gets 5 stars.
