Dana, Allison, and Todd are a force, and it is no surprise that the Dana Green team is #1 in the Lamorinda area.As first-time home buyers in a difficult market, the process could not have been better. The expertise of the team from their knowledge on home quality, location, return of investment on a resale and everything in between is unmatched. In addition, the quality behind the scenes work that is conducted is what businesses should model themselves after; the customer service made my fiancé and I feel like we were the only clients Dana and her team had. We also appreciated the team’s transparency and realism. There was not a question that went unanswered, and the team did not answer in a way that was ‘telling us what we wanted to hear,’ it was honest and sincere. The team is easy to trust, and we had the upmost confidence not only in them but also their feedback.Additionally, the process of closing and escrow was a challenging one, but the Dana, Allison, and Todd worked their tails off to ensure we closed before the upcoming holiday. The provided reassurance when it was needed, and advocated for us from the very beginning until we had the keys to our new home in our hands.Lastly, the mortgage team that the Dana Green Team works with, are nothing short of amazing. I've had the best experience working with Lauren Woolsey and the Dana Green Team! The process of selling my house was so easy because of Lauren's expertise, knowledge, and experience. I was promptly kept up-to-date on all issues.The staging was beautiful and tasteful. From our first meeting with Allison O'Brian and Lauren Woolsey, we knew we'd be in great hands with the Dana Green Team (DGT). After explaining our goals and timing for the sale of our home, the DGT sprung into action to help plan inspections, coordinate with vendors, and create a business plan. The DGT presented plenty of comp data, shared market insights, and presented us with a target list price.After brilliantly staging and photographing our home, the DGT put our house on the market, and within 11 days, we received a great offer. The communication was excellent, the escrow process was painless, and we felt we had a true partner in the DGT.
