If you stop in and need any help, look for Bill. He is incredibly kind and extremely helpful. He has full knowledge of the store and will go out of his way to make sure your trip was plesant. I left a happy customer and will surely be returning. Thanks again!

This is by far the worse CVS. They can never get meds in, it takes over a week to get insulin. I tried using online order but it still gets sent to the physical store. The entire staff is rude except for one particular tech. When you ask any questions, you get the rudest reply regardless what the question is. Tried asking how to get the mobile bar code to scan for pickup, no one in the pharmacy knows how to use their own cvs pharmacy app - that’s how bad it is. Tried being efficient by calling ahead, every time I call, they hang up on you when you finally get connected. I wish I didn’t have to use this location but it’s the only cvs in Lafayette

I have had numerous problems with the Orinda CVS regarding milk availability and quality. I have mentioned this many times both online and to store management. The availability has improved markedly, but the quality has not. When I complained to a manager, he said "we've had no problems with spoiled milk".This is very hard to believe given the number of times I've had, and two people I know have also had) unacceptable milk. One of my friends returned her milk and was told by the cashier that there was nothing wrong with the milk....she smelled it. It wasn't until my friend showed a picture of the milk in a glass with curds floating in the milk that she was allowed to return the milk for a credit. This was done in a grudging and disrespectful manner.Something should be done about monitoring the milk refrigerator temperature, along with periodic sampling of the milk quality. If your manager drinks milk, have him or her take some home and see, smell and taste for themselves.My experience with seemingly rude and uncaring staff and management, especially regarding milk issues, will cause me to patronize the Lafayette store instead of my hometown (Orinda) store.

Absolutely zero stars for CVS, 5 stars for the people who work there. I have watched over the years as the pharmacists and support staff just get more and more overwhelmed and less support. Nevertheless, the staff is still friendly, and recently the pharmacist spent a considerable amount of time getting my wife a needed prescription that was out of stock nearby. It is sad, as CVS's incompetence and poor computer systems cost both them and customers a considerable amount of time. I can't tell you the number of times they have synched my prescriptions, to only have them come out of sync and require separate trips (never lasted more than a month). I have also had multiple times I have been texted my prescription is ready, to arrive hours later and it isn't filled. This is a system issue at a corporate level, not a store level personal issue.

The absolute worst. Store inventory is awful. The pharmacy is a zoo and personnel have zero people skills. They fill prescriptions without even asking about insurance so it has to be re-done when you arrive to pick up. Walgreens across the street is cleaner and personnel are friendly and intelligent.

I bought a pack of acne pack and there was nothing inside. It scammed me for $12. Very annoying experience. I have also had experiences in the past where the lipstick I bought was used before. It's really annoying

Has large selection and most staff are helpful and kind while one followed me around store asking if he can help me when I have less then ten minutes to shop because the store hours were incorrect on Google saying to close at 11:00 when they close at 10:00 and follow me around asking me that really slow me down from trying to get my shopping done and as little time as possible it's really unfortunate when you're constantly profile because of your appearance because the tattoos I have he got the employee that follow me around would be extremely upset it's the same thing happened to him being African American so I don't understand why you do that to somebody else

I've been to this store two times, the second time I came was at 950pm since it says online they close at 11pm, that is wrong. They close at 10pm. The first time I had ever been to this store they treated me as if I were a criminal. I had been shopping at Safeway right before I went to this location and I had a reusable shopping bag, better for the environment. Not only did the male worker literally follow me around but he kept looking in my bag and when I went to check out at self checkout, he helped himself to checking me out,at self checkout. And the best part is, right next to me was an older lady using self checkout and he didn't even look her direction. I love CVS just not this one.

This is an amazing CVS pharmacy. A+++I’m a doctor and I work with a lot of pharmacies but this is the best. I left VM for my patient who had COPD exacerbation. The pharmacist called me back within minutes to clarify the prescription. She was extremely professional and helpful. Again I work with a lot of pharmacies and this was the best experience I had. My patient is happy and will have the meds he urgently needs. 100% recommend.

This Pharmacy is the worse and it doesn't allow negative stars. I have been coming for 13 years and sadly watched the service go down. I had a basic RX for my daughters for pink eye and it took 3 days to fill (was told the type was the most common eye drop and there is not supply issue). I walked in at 2 pm on 4th of July (again 3 days later) and they told me they were closing and they couldn't help me. I explained to them that I had just got the notice and it took 3 days and they said, sorry we are closing. They have had amazing pharmacist in the past but they all have moved on. They lack customer service here - who closes down for lunch these days. Regarding the store (non pharmacy) they are really pushing self check out and there is always a long line or no one at the counter in front.
