I'm trying to figure out what to do about my experience this morning. All I can think of is to warn others. I've been going to this salon since it opened. I've brought my daughters' to this salon. I've never been injured during treatment, until today. When I arrived for my appointment, it was obvious they were very busy. They put me in a chair w/a broken reclining mechanism. Upon request, I was moved to a chair that worked. The young man helped me select a color. And proceeded with my Gel Pedicure. While the salt scrub was still on my legs & feet, he began using the pumice stone on my left heel so severely and forcefully, that I cringed. When I looked down, I realized that he was wiping blood away from my heel. To wash off the blood, he put my foot in the water bath, which now contained salt from my foot. I almost jumped from the burning. Salt on an open wound! He removed my foot from the water, dried it off, then put BODY cream over the wound (to protect it?) and returned my foot to the saltwater bath! When he was done, he put a bandage on my heel (it was still bleeding), and gave me an extra bandage to take home. While this was all going on, a young woman gave me the worst manicure I've ever had. My nails were left with jagged edges. I had requested clear polish. She called over another young man to apply the polish, which I think was basecoat. She barely massaged my hands and didn't massage my arms at all. She was too consumed with hurrying off to her next client. The final straw was that I was given $5.00 off of the $55.00 pedicure for my pain. When I arrived home, I immediately sanitized my wounds. That's when I noticed the back of my leg was also scratched by the pumice stone. A bad manicure and/or pedicure is one thing. However, this salon doesn't train its employees in wound care, which can lead to infection. I will say, the man was very apologetic. But that won't help should I, or anyone get an infection following a treatment. Please beware of this establishment. It has little concern for the physical safety and well-being of its clients.

Never again. Worst pedicure ever. Unfriendly. Sloppy polish. Lackluster massage. Big toe ached for two weeks after my pedicure.

Went excited for two signature pedicures however would not go back. They do not scrub your feet to remove dry skin, you have to pay $10 more for that on top of the already pricey pedicure cost. Then, they looked at my mother's feet and said "both feet have terrible skin". Regardless if this is the case, this is something you NEVER tell a customer. Flip flops were not offered nor willingly placed on our feet. Then a tip was demanded after payment. Not enjoyable.

I wasn't asked to sign in when I walked in. And your staff was like she was begging for a tip she even mentioned to give a $10 tip. And wow you charge $10 to take off previous nail polish. Should've mentioned prices would've walked out. Too bad this happened to a lot of your customers and you are overpriced for your work.

I adore this salon. First thing you notice when you walk in is that everything is extremely clean and tidy. The staff are so friendly and create such an amazing environment. They are all great artists and have never failed to impress me. I've been coming here for a while and have never had a bad experience. Crystal did my most recent set (Pearl French Tip) and she's absolutely amazing at what she does.

I have been going to Chloe nails for over 1 year and it's a beautiful place. However, today I did not receive the service I requested for and felt my nail tech was rushing to finish, and went home very disappointed. I was denied the design I requested, because it was going to take "too long". The nail shapes are not same.

If you have acrylic nails, Henry (the co-owner) is the best. He is fast, detailed, and if you follow his advice, your nails last a long time between fills. I have been having my nails done for many years and am very picky. He is the best I have met. He has also helped me break some very bad habits, such as picking the sides and underneath the nails as they grow out. I also have had 2 great experiences with 2 different pedicure technicians. Also noteworthy, he and his wife Chloe keep a very clean salon. They are always busy, which is also a great sign. Convenient parking. I highly recommend.

Gorgeous location with a cute ambience. My nail tech however was terrible. Extremely heavy handed with her right side..uneven filing and flooding the cuticles. When I came in I asked for chrome nails so why put me with a nail tech that had never done chrome nails - someone else had to come over and show her and then they ended up doing it themselves. As a former spa/nail manager, I have worked/trained many nail techs - better training with this tech is needed.

Unfortunately very rude and unprofessional service. Have been yelled at by owner. Hostile environment at times, that is not appropriate for a lounge, or salon, or any service. With so many choices around, no reason to tolerate it. Will not come back.

Late post. Another negative experience in service with the owner , Henry. I always make my app on Fridays. As I did thsi time as well. When I arrived for my appointment ( and I drive 25 min to get to the salon , followed Henry out of loyalty ), there was another customer booked during the same time as me. Henry got very upset I came in. He booked me for the Saturday and asked me to come back. Again, I make a day out of doing my nails, stay in Lafayette for errands and my Saturdays are always booked. When I politely declined coming back on Saturday and showed him our txts that I requested the app on fridya, he did my nails but angrily and made me feel very uncomfortable. .

Frustrated. After calling a couple of other salons, I called, asked if they could take me for a pedicure in 15 minutes, the woman said yes. After sitting at the packed salon waiting for almost 30 minutes with very clear signals that no one was close to finishing I left. Before leaving I did let them know, as I hope they read here as well, that if you cannot actually take someone then do not lie to them and say you can. I had time for a pedicure but I didn't have time to wait for 45 minutes. Furthermore, had she not lied to me, I could have continued to call other salons and gotten in. Instead, because of their unprofessionalism and lying, I'm left without a pedicure. No cool.

I absolutely love this place. I have been there 3 times and each time I have been blown away with the staff and how my nails turn out. I've tried many different nail places but never found the one that keeps me coming back, but this place is now my regular spot. I highly recommend them, especially Selina, she did amazing on the cat eye nails I got a couple weeks ago.
