Needed help quick as we broke down in the turning lane to Moraga Rd off of Mt. Diablo Blvd. We needed a flatbed bed truck to pick up the vehicle and an experienced tow truck professional to get this job done and not damage the vehicle. THE BEST tow professional ever! Thank you driver 203 (I hope I am reading the number correctly) you are the best and we appreciate it!

The thing about tow trucks is... they're free advertising. Coincidentally, they're also a way to make it easy to write a review due to Wreckless driving. For more than 10 miles a tow truck was on right on the bumper of every car that was in front of it. Once we got to the freeway, they overtook me as quickly as they could to get to the fast lane and was again met by a car not going fast enough for them. I was going 80 and they were easily separating from me and the car they forced to move over, so do the math of how fast they were driving. Spend your money how you'd like but I wouldn't give money to a company that puts other drivers on the road at risk.

i have never seen a towyard charge as much as this company they do steal peoples cars they wanted 5,050$ for 30 days, got it out in almost 2 weeks they charged me 3,179$ i really hope they go out of business , they must think everyone is rich .Service: Car towing

B&D was extremely helpful and responded immediately to my request for a jumpstart. Their truck arrived within an hour and the process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend if you're in the Lamorinda area!

After I wait 90 minutes for a tow, I got a message that the tow was canceled. The reason stated was they could no locate my car. I was parked on Broadway in Oakland with a street address in a red Tesla, how could they not find my car!!!! Lame excuse.

I called these guys for a tow from about 5 miles from their shop. They said they could pick Me up in 30 minutes. When I called them back after waiting an hour they said they had another call that was more important and I'd need to wait another half hour. The. I called them again after waiting another 45 minutes. They never called me to let me know that they were running massively late. These guys have terrible service. With many other options go somewhere else.

Towing my Tesla through AAA turned into waste of time. I should have just used The Tesla tire service. Tesla sent B&D Towing with the appropriate flat-bed tow truck. The driver Tony was very conscientious and knowledgeable about Tesla towing. He was especially safety aware. Obviously, B&D have protocols in place and make sure their employees follow them. I give high marks for both Tony and B&D.

Driver was great. Noticed I popped a transmission line and I didn't even need to take it to a shop. Towed me home and I fixed it for $30 of transmission fluid and a ratchet.

Just wanted to complement Tony from the concord shop. He was great to work with, very friendly and responsive by calling back and telling us our car was delivered to the dealership in good shape. He is a real credit to your company.

Darren at the office, Aries and Yager with the tow were great! We wanted to move a classic car (typical "classic" = not running, no brakes, unregistered) from one garage to another to complete the restoration. Darren researched both locations and sent not one but two different trucks to the pick up location in Orinda. Yager and Aires were patient with us discussing options, Aires got it done! Thank you!
