There is a very knowledgeable guy in the store named Chris. Go see Chris and you won’t regret it. He takes his time and he knows most of the rules and regulations patient and polite.

I have been going to this store for a few years and the team is excellent. My daughter was preparing to travel to Brazil and they gave very honest and fair advice for her travel. I spend half my time out of the country and they updated me on plans to save money. We were with Paul, Jelani and Dexter and they were all so very nice.I think AT&T corporate could learn a thing or two from their teams on the ground.

My SIM card died and I stopped by the location on Mount Diablo Boulevard in Lafayette. There was a little bit of a wait, but the guy was able to replace my bad SIM card and there was no charge. What a relief. Thank you so much for your help!

Only 1 employee works there today. I walked in to the store, 3 people a head of me and the employee told me he will be the only one working there all day. It's not fair to employees and customers to have only 1 person working.

After almost a month of major screwups by AT&T in Pleasant Hill and one extremely unhelpful visit to the Walnut Creek Store, I went to Lafayette. Taylor helped me in about 20 minutes. He was super polite, apologetic for the other stores and verified that I was getting all the discounts I was entitled to. The store was clean, comfortable and felt welcoming. If the DM for this area see's this--You need to send this guy to train your other stores. They are so lacking in customer service. Taylor is the best.

I went in to the Lafayette AT&T store to take advantage of the AT&T teacher discount plan. I was helped by a member named Alyssa who was thoroughly charming and amazingly helpful. I ended up trading in my iPhone 10XR for a new iPhone 13 and Alyssa made the process absolutely seamless. I am very technically savvy, so I did all the data transfer in the store and watched Alyssa help other customers as I sat and waited and she was equally as helpful and charming. A completely positive experience!

T did an amazing job unlocking my son’s phone. We spent literally hours on the phone with AT&T customer service but within 15 minutes of coming into the store he resolved the issue. Thank you!!!!

Today I went into the Lafayette store with an unlocked iPhone to transfer my Verizon account. Jorge looked at my phone and told me it was locked. He told me Verizon can take two days to unlock it! I went to a nearby Verizon and they said the phone is NOT locked. I went back to Jorge and told him Verizon doesn't lock iPhones. He kept asking how much I paid Verizon? I told him I had a limited plan and wanted unlimited. He wanted to sell me a more expensive plan. He was rude and didn't want to explain the smart watch offer he said was in effect today only. He wanted to charge me an activation fee. If manager Taylor hadn't been there, I woulda left AT&T without a plan. Don't use Jorge or you'll be sorry.

Both T and Joe were super helpful as soon as we stepped inside the store and continued to be attentive the whole visit. If you're looking for fast, painless, and informative service this is the AT&T to go to!

I cannot speak highly enough about Alyssa's fantastic service at the Lafayette ATT store. We had an extremely complex problem relating to opening a new account and transporting data among phones. She was super competent, hard working, resourceful, kind, and pleasant. And I'm a notoriously tough grader. Thank you Alyssa!
