My F-150 needed the gaskets on the rear window replaced. Jeff came out and did a great job of cleaning up the gasket area and replacing them with a higher quality material than what was in the factory design. He also replaced the weather shield around the window which was crumbled and some was missing. Great job at a very reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommend calling Coast for any auto glass issue you may have.

Called and tried to get a quote for two separate cars today. I don't know if my F150 has a rain sensor but you were not helpful in the slightest. You couldn't give me any price but it's okay cause the other 6 shops I called before you could.

I have a 2023 Toyota tacoma 4x4, which they broke my driver sided back window on wensday made a call and today Thursday 10-19-23 coast Auto glass showed up at 12pm and 30 min later truck was done... Service- excellent Reliable- excellent Customer service-amazingPrice - yeah, I'd say they beat anyone's price !!Totally recommend!!!!

There is NO WAY that there is anyone better than Jeff!! He replaced my driver's side window quickly and perfectly!! Even explained to me how it was done which made me appreciate the great work that he did plus it helped relieve the anxiety of having a different window (other than the factory one) installed. I also appreciated how he did not talk down to me or make me feel stupid because I am a woman who doesn't know much about cars. I do not feel that I was taken advantage of because of that. Great price and BEYOND EXCELLENT service!!!

I got referred to Jeff at Coast Auto Glass after visiting my HB Honda dealer. I had one chip at the time and got a second one by the time I called Jeff. He gave a very reasonable price to come to my condo and fix the two chips, and gave a discounted rate to my sister who needed a chip fixed as well. While he was fixing both our windshields, he found a third chip in mine, and barely charged me anything for that one as well. Overall, I could not be happier with the service. Jeff is a super nice guy, very responsive via text, was on time, and the whole process took 1 hour. I highly recommend Jeff!

My Model X Tesla caught a rock or something in the middle of the giant windshield. Jeff came out gave me my options and was very honest and straightforward. He told me that the type of hole in the windshield he could not make it disappear. Well, it came out better than I thought. Can't ask for better service. Communication, honest, prompt, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Coast Auto Glass.

I recently had my rear window replaced and would highly recommend Coast Auto Glass. Jeff and his team came to me the day after I called and got the job done in about an hour. I really appreciated the time they took to vacuum all of the glass shards that scattered in the trunk. The price was very reasonable compared the other quotes I received from other companies. They charged exactly what was quoted and the communication was great.Thanks Jeff

Amazing experience working with Jeff!! I'm entire windshield was busted beyond belief. Jeff and his team had me scheduled and completed installation in 2 days!! Back on the road ASAP thanks to their quick work. Hopefully won't need the service for awhile but if I do I know it's not going to be a big deal because these guys got your back!! Sorry for the late review on Jeff and team. Jeff arrived with his sprinter van and crew at my office in Irvine last month. First off, I'm female and I'm leary about speaking to anyone regarding the care of my car. So, my Honda Automotive Care Specialist at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach gave Jeff/Coast Auto Glass as a recommendation since I didn't want to pay $1k to replace my windshield with them. She said that they/dealership uses Jeff for any of their windshield replacements and that he would give me a fair price. My initial call to him was on a Friday, but didn't hear back from him. I realized later that he's busy on Fridays. Needless to say, I tried again and called on Monday and he got back to me right away. He was such a professional and gave me the BEST rate!!! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised! Not only did he give me a great rate, he was able to squeeze me in between his dealership appointnents.I will say, Jeff really knows what he's doing. Upon making the appointment for him to come to my office, he asked if my company would be okay with him coming since the Irvine Company has a strict policy on doing work in a parking lot. I told him that the property wasn't owned by the Irvine Company and our security 'ok'd' him to work on our lot, so he was good. It's so nice that he knows to ask those questions.On the day of his visit to my office it was super windy. So, he gave me instructions on repositioning my car so that his van blocked the wind. After looking at my windshield and car, he suggested to me that he was also going to glue down some of the trim on my door frame so that it wasn't sticking up in the air (I had no idea that was even an issue. I have a Honda Pilot). Wow, what an added service which I know some will say, "Big deal". But I don't know anything about details such as that for my car or any car for that matter. I thought that was normal.Anywho, he was done in less than an hour and gave me explicit instructions on what to do and not to do for the next 24 hours.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEFF'S COMPANY!!!

Jeff and Cole were AMAZING. Had a small pebble fly into my windshield on my way to work and found Coast Auto Glass online a few minutes later. Jeff was super responsive and reached out within minutes of my message requesting help. They were able to come out first thing the next morning and they were so cheery and really made my morning. My windshield looks great and was finished within 15 minutes. I had such anxiety at the thought of driving my car with the chip in case it got worse and now I have such peace knowing it was done correctly. Hopefully I'll never have to do this again but if I do, I know where to go. Thank you both!

Jeff & his assistant Cole were amazing! They get a 5++++rating! A small rock cracked my windshield today on the 22 freeway around 11:45am. I called Jeff around noon, he picked up right away and was able to meet me at my house at 4pm today. Not only was he responsive, but when he arrived he walked me through the process of how he was filling the crack. Cole his assistant cleaned my entire windshield after the repair. His price was very fair & reasonable. I would have paid almost double if I had gone through Safelite! I know who I am calling if I ever run into another windshield issue again!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING is all I can say! Jeff is THE BEST in the business. My rear view mirror fell off; I went to two other auto glass companies and both told me it could not be repaired and I needed to purchase a new windshield in order to have my mirror replaced. This would have cost approximately $800 and my windshield was perfectly fine!!! This sounded crazy to me so I contacted my mechanic who referred me to COAST AUTO GLASS. Jeff was at my house within an hour and fixed my rearview mirror for a fraction of the cost. He did not need to put a new windshield in he knew what to do and did it. Do not ever use anyone else, ALWAYS call Coast Auto Glass first. Jeff is the best and I will refer him and his service to everyone!!!! Thank you Jeff!
