This review is for the ATMs here. The one on the right just ate my card. And when I inquired inside, I learnt that it happens commonly. Once that happens, it is a long wait to get the staff inside to respond. So avoid this atm.

Hard to find a teller. No one greets you upon entry. Rude when you get to a human being and non apologetic about the short staff and long delays. Bad formula for keeping my business. I shit my account down.

The branch itself has been fine, but the experiences have been miserable. I've been with Wells Fargo over 30 years and every year the policies are more difficult to manage. I helped open a CD for my daughter online. We have overlapping accounts online and WF put the account under my social instead of hers by mistake even though I listed her SSN. So we had to take an hour going to a branch to fix it. When the CD closed we needed the funds transferred to her checking account so she could buy a car. We begged the branch to automatically close the CD at the end of the time since we were out of town and her work schedule didn't allow her time to get in to the branch. The branch also is closed Saturdays now. So now we have spent hours on the phone trying to get it closed. Jennifer the manager at the branch has been trying but the bank's policies are so bad we may never get the money back. I miss the days when they offered stuffed ponies and were super helpful opening kid accounts. I wanted investing to be a good experience but now my daughter and I not fans of the bank and this experience.

Let's start out with what a atrocious manager Jennifer Keen is at the Ladera Branch of Wells Fargo. Apparently she is new to the position and disregards customer service as her personal goals as new manager. She is completely incompetent from my latest experience. Firstly, I found their demeanor to be utterly dismissive and condescending. It was as if my concerns were of no significance, and my questions were met with blatant disregard. I am accustomed to dealing with individuals who possess a certain level of knowledge and expertise, but regrettably, this individual fell far short of those expectations. Furthermore, their complete incompetence in handling even the most basic tasks left me utterly flabbergasted. Their inability to address my concerns in a timely manner were not only frustrating but also showcased a lack of attention to detail that is wholly unacceptable in a managerial role. I implore you to take this matter seriously and ensure that such ineptitude and apathy towards customer satisfaction do not persist within your establishment. Your reputation is at stake, and if changes are not made promptly, I fear that other patrons will suffer a similar ordeal. In conclusion, my experience with the branch manager at your location was truly disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, competence, and empathy made it abundantly clear that my patronage was of no value to them. I hope that you will address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation, as I believe your organization deserves better.

Elham and Jennifer helped me right away. I was panicking that a check wouldn't clear( I went into a different bank yesterday and they were not as helpful). Elham and Jennifer were extremely patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. They could have just told me to wait until tomorrow for the funds to show, but they took my needs into consideration and got the job done swiftly and with kindness. I love this bank and will always return to it as long as I'm in close enough distance . Beautiful angels ; dream team!

Nice big branch location in Ladera Ranch with ample parking and close to some other local businesses. Friendly customer service and clean space. An easy Wells Fargo to find and the bankers here are nice with good customer service.

Can't stand the layout of this bank, no privacy whatsoever. The line is so close to the banker counters that everyone in the line can hear and see everything each person is doing. Feels uncomfortable and unsafe to be frank. If brick and mortar banks are going to remain a thing, certain branches, particularly this one, need to re-design the inside so that the line is further from the banker counters and each customer is given more privacy to do their banking.

I arrived at this establishment today at around 9:30. There were 2 bankers sitting on on the same desk talking to each other one banker walking around. There was 1 customer being taken care of by the teller...and then, there was us.This banker (Alexander Rashid) stopped talking and come see what I wanted, and I said I wanted to open an account to my mother and he said asked if I had an appointment and I said "no"...so he asked me for my debit card and he came back 1 minute later he comes back saying they can't help me right now and suggested I would make an appointment for later in the day. I asked why, if there wasn't nobody there and plenty of bankers, Alexander said he had an appointment coming soon. I asked again why can't anyone else helped me and if they didn't want my business, I could go to Chase right next door...and his answer was "Sure...go to Chase"!This week the CEO of Wells Fargo got fired because he urinated into someone inside of an airplane. I know that those two facts are not related however, the way Alexander spoke and cared about me (I'm a customer for 15+ years) ...I wouldn't be surprised if he's pissing all over some other customer. What a dick!

Is there any reason to do business with Wells Fargo? They have ludicrously low savings rates, overdraft fees hitting multiple times a day if you aren't careful, and a history of costly scandals. Go literally anywhere else for banking. Cousin who isn't financially savvy signed onto a TWENTY-EIGHT PERCENT card, with a promotion thats difficult to understand, and sold by a merchant who wasn't truthful. Sounds like quite the predatory product by Wells Fargo.

I'm disgusted with this branch of Wells Fargo. I was asked for my ATM card to determine if there was an appointment available? Really? The poor teller was trying to get me someone but the manager asked her what kind of client I was. Then I asked the teller if the manager just asked that. She had to lie. I asked her how the ATM card can determine whether there was an appointment available. I just closed $150,000 worth of accounts at B of A to bring over to Wells Fargo. I'm already a client with multiple accounts for over 25 years!! I guess that wasn't enough for the manager Tala Bouzarjomehri. How much do you need to open an account at Wells Fargo these days? DISCRIMINATION.

Don't ever go to this location. A "healthy" looking woman gave me the worst service today. I came to cash a small $20 check from my grandma for bread, eggs, and milk. As i am the one who prepares food for my grandma. Well due to it being 5min till closing. This woman decided the check was fraudulent and I wrote it myself. She stated she had to call my grandma to let her know. The woman came back saying my grandma didn't answer. When I called my grandma she stated no one had called her. My grandma was upset that she can now not have groceries due to this woman. I am now upset that this woman with such a high and mighty disgusting attitude, felt good about mistreating me. It's worth it to go to a different location. Thank you.
