This Tilly’s is Ladera Ranch is a smaller store and more compact. The store is clean and spotless. The staff there are young and very helpful, really friendly. And this store is no crowded or busy, very relaxed. The kids love to shop here, a store catering to the younger generations. So if you want a relaxing uncrowded store, this is the place.

Called ahead to see if something was in stock, Martha was great at Ladera Ranch Tillys, she check for me and then I went to pick up my items she was the best! Thanks Martha!!??

My Mom gave me a gift certificate for Tilly's. That was the first time I had shopped there. They have a great slection of clothes. I like to wear shorts and t-shirts, but it is hard to find shorts in the winter. Most stores just carry long pants. I was surprised to see many different kinds of shorts. I got 4 pair of shorts and 3 t-shirts plus some cool socks. I really like Tilly's. Highly recommend

Stopped in while in the neighborhood visiting some family today. I typically only come into Tilly's because they usually have a nice selection for Adidas merch. I was looking for some cute lounge clothes for my trip this weekend and really was hoping they would have a cute selection. I was so disappointed in the stock they had. Pretty sure they had one cropped hoodie and two different shirts which are all items I own in different colors already. They did have a good Champion selection but I really prefer Adidas. I ended up going with a cute crew neck I found there and a couple crop tops. When I went to pay there was no one at the registers to help me. I didn't wait long for someone to come up but it's just annoying when there isn't someone there to help you check out when you're ready.

Very poor customer service. We had to track down the sales clerk to access the dressing room. If it had been up to me, we would have left empty handed, but my teenage daughter found a few items she wanted to purchase. Be prepared to serve yourself and hopefully you won't have any questions or need to try anything on.

Well clothes are decent with decent price but the folks that work there are painful, 6 of them behind the counter ( yes 6 ) at 430pm on a Sunday. Trying to get checked out and no one in line. I over heard how they had a great day of 6,000 in sales and how one if the them spilled their lunch on themselves again so they had to change before coming back. Way too much chit chat, I could have just shopped online. I bought a 2 piece item that had a small top and a large bottom attached. With all the unnecessary talk, one of the could have checked the sizes. Painful.

The staff at this Tilly's location are awesome. I know keeping good people at a retail store is a tough task, but the management team here must be doing something right because whenever I come in to shop the associates are always smiling and so willing to assist you! There have been several times where I've found an items I really like and they didn't have it in stock but would call other locations and even offer to have it shipped for me! 5 Stars all around!

The staff here is great which redeems this place a bit because I feel like the shelves are always disorganized and it makes finding things difficult. The staff doesn't mind helping out but if the store was just sorted better it would save both them and me a whole bunch of time when shopping there.

Prices here are usually reasonable but Pro Tip… Check online to see if there are any 20% coupons floating around out there because you can almost always find one which is a great way to save some extra $$ on top of the already low prices. Helpful customer service at this location too.

The WORST customer service I've ever encountered. And I've been in customer service for decades. Sarcastic, rude employees. Period. Thankfully I know the owner of Tilly's and can report. Worst staff, they are rude and disrespectful. I will ship at Spectrum or Ladera before I ever go 5 minutes away to this store. Would rather drive.

There are always good deals, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean and tidy. Plus the clothes are nice and have a reasonable size range

I love the place and the clothes but the next day when i went to go on the new shirt it still had that clip. And I looked and saw that it was on all of them. I couldn't wear my clothes for 1 week in half!!!!! Shelby should of taken it off I suggest you fire her.
