I am writing this from a Personal Trainer point of view. This is my home. So YES I am biased. But, keep in mind, I am not an employee. I do not get paid by Shredz. As a matter of fact, I pay them for the ability to train people at the gym. I was very selective in the gym I chose to launch my PT career and Shredz offered everything I was looking for. Top QUALITY equipment. Cleanest gym I have ever stepped foot in (and that is saying something since I have belonged to dozens of gyms since 1984). A GREAT atmosphere. It caters from those who have never trained before to dedicated bodybuilders/athletes. It is never crowded, BUT there is still a LOT of positive energy in there. I liken it to the old TV show Cheers which was a bar, but when you walked in, everyone knew your name. It is a little family at Shredz and they make everyone feel welcome. If you are a trainer, this is your place. Your clients will feel welcome, it has reasonable rates, top tier equipment, never crowded and the vibe is always bumping in a positive way! For plenty of vids of the gym I post them on my IG @ jeffblairjb You can see for yourself the equipment they offer and how well maintained it is. Oh yeah, Ashley the manager is the bomb. She works tirelessly and somehow always has a smile on her face.

Amazing overall gym experience. Not an overly large gym, but has all the equipment and then some for any and everything you would need for a workout for any body part. Very clean and well maintained equipment. Awesome, helpful staff, and never as busy as other gyms in the area.

Shredz is such a high-quality gym! Even though it might be small, it has everything you could ask for in a gym; with, high-quality equipment and many personal trainers to help you succeed in your fitness goals. Not only that, but the staff at this gym are some of the kindest people you will meet. When anyone is looking for a new gym to try out, I don't hesitate in telling them to head over to Shredz and try it out with a free first-day pass. There is no doubt in my mind when I say, getting a membership at Shredz Gym has been one of the best decisions I have made. It has come to feel like a second home.

I have been a member of Shredz Gym for a little over a year and only have positive things to say. It's a small, boutique gym with amazing staff. The equipment and machines are top-notch, with UMAX dumbbells and Cybex machines! Shredz has everything you need from foam rollers, and warm-up bands to a numerous amount of attachments. Not to mention it's open 24 hours to members!! That was a big plus when deciding on buying a membership. I highly recommend Shredz, especially if you're serious about lifting! If you're thinking about stopping by, do it! You get a free day pass for first-timers, so why not.

I had moved away for 4 years, and I immediately came back to Shredz to workout. I couldn't forget that family vibe from any gyms I had tried while away.The first day I had come back, I immediately went and got a day pass. As I left, I joined for a membership. The same vibe was there. They had update equipment, to stay relevant with what their clients wanted. Shredz is an amazing gym!

I have been a class member of Shredz Gym for nearly five years, and my daughter (13 years old) for over two years, doing their afternoon kids classes. We both love it! Small, boutique gym where everybody knows your name! It’s a personal operation with just a few dedicated and knowledgeable instructors. Teddy, lead instructor, got my non-fitness loving girl (11 years old at the time) hooked on working out and she’s been consistently going for over two years now. She really enjoys going their kids classes! It’s safe, fun and great exercise for her.They expanded to open Movement Recovery next door to Shredz, a clean and well equipped space where their (many!) fitness classes are held and they also now have two infrared saunas and two cold plunge tubs!! I like my gym to be a smaller, more personal experience where the trainers know you and your limits. I am pushed when I need to be and couldn’t love it more. They even got me into cold plunging (when I said I would never!) and I made it 15 sessions and up to 10 minutes in that cold tub!! With Teddy or another staff member right there next to me the whole time for support! You don’t find that at a big box gym!!

Awesome gym. All the people I've met and interacted with are nice and chill even though I only use day passes. Definitely recommended if you're in the area!

This location is pretty cool. They have a in person front desk working during the day but also have a Bluetooth phone scanning device that you can work out 24 hours a day. The staff is super cool and even though it is not a huge gym it is never really crowded. The busiest I have seen it is maybe three or four people max.

Amazing staff and high quality gym. The staff at Shredz Gym is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure you get a good workout on your schedule! Ashley Steffel is an absolute rockstar. When the vendor that helped facilitate their 24 hour access was backlogged and they were unable to extend the service for a few weeks, Ashley met me at 5:30am to let me in. Four days a week for three weeks straight! The definition of customer service and way above and beyond what I expected.

I have been looking for a new place to take classes for quite awhile and as of today, I have found the place! I took a TRX class and loved it. Teddy is an incredible instructor! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was challenged and had a great workout. I am so excited to go back!

I've been going to Movement by Shredz for quite a while now to which I've had a great experience, but am newer to coming into the Shredz gym side. I can say if you are looking to get a great workout in, with top tier equipment, in a more private setting-- Shredz Gym is the place to go! Surrounded by their lovely staff members and positive environment, I find myself wanting to come workout and spend time here!!.
