“I am so glad I found this place. The store was not busy early afternoon Sat, so I had a very nice, knowledgeable salesperson all to myself. I tried on only 2 pair and quickly decided on "ASICS gel-nimbus 26." They, combined with the aptly-named "wicked comfort" socks = very happy feet. I've been shopping for months trying to replace my HOKAs. Quick and easy because they carry only quality shoes, and socks.”

“I took my Grandson there to look for sports jerseys and we waited 15 mins for it to open. The excuse was the employee was in the restroom. Otherwise I love the store. It's a little pricy on the sports, concert and vintage clothes. I have a huge collection of Dodgers clothes and they put me on a list when they first opened and never call....that's frustrating.”
“Went in to replace a 5 year old pair of 607's. Was greeted right away and given the size I asked for and he even laced up the boots for me! While walking around I saw the insoles and given great advice on choosing one. My feet had been hurting lately and was glad to be back in a pair of work boots I could always rely on”

“Five stars! And they didn't even have the shoe I wanted. Let me explain...I bought a pair of oxblood 1461's in 1993 from a store in Manchester England. After 30 years of use, I recently walked a hole through the toe in the leather and not the sole. I know. Unbelievably reliable shoe.Needless to say, I wanted another pair and went to the local shop. Told my story to Sydney (hopefully I spelled it right) who immediately explained the Made in England vs. other manufacturer locations, quality etc. Set about to find my replacements, and...they didn't have them.Instead of saying "oh well, sorry" and heading off to another customer on what was a very busy night with lots of people wanting help, she went to find another 1461 in my size to try on and be sure the fit was right. Then Sydney helped me determine how to find the right shoe online and offered extras to make my new shoes less painful during the break in period. (Those of you who wear Docs know what I am talking about!)I was so impressed by the customer service I went and told the managers how awesome Sydney was.Docs are awesome and so is the staff and service at this location. Go buy from them! They deserve your business.”

“Great place for some quality discount shoes! I’ve always had a good experience with Cole Haan. Staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to find what you’re looking for. Great service! This store is stocked with outlet-quality goods as well as retail inventory—depends on the specific product. (Looking at the price tags, the one-off clearance products with a smaller discount are probably the latter, which is great if you can find your style and size). I was thrilled to find a pair of original quality golf shoes at 50% discount with the additional sale. Highly recommend!”
“Stumbled upon this place while waiting for a prescription to be filled at the CVS next door, and was thrilled I went in. It's full of fabulous staple pieces, the quality is great especially for the price point, and the staff was so wonderful. They helped me find a few things I wouldn't have picked out, and ended up loving more than anything I selected myself. “I went into the Blue Eyed Girl off Golden Lantern today. I was immediately greeted by a lovely sales woman named Janet. She was so sweet and so welcoming ❤️. I ended up staying for almost 45 minutes there trying on some darling clothes that she suggested for me and I ended up buying a fall blouse and some Riddle perfume. I hadn’t been in the store for a few years and their clothes are darling, but the real pleasure of the day was meeting Janet. What an asset to your store and because I had such a pleasant experience today, I’ll be back.”

“Great experience and prices! They're conveniently located in a spacious shopping center with plenty of very close parking right in front. I had a scrub top embroidered for just $12 as they've done my program's logo before. They estimated about 2 weeks and I got a text within a week for pick-up. They do require pre-payment for embroidery. It's also so convenient to find a place that has so many scrubs and dressing rooms, as most scrub companies are e-commerce only leaving you to guess sizing and go through return hassles. They also sell stethoscopes, accessories, badge reels, scrub caps, claw clips, face masks, you name it! A healthcare professional's one-stop-shop!”

They also have buy one get one 50% off the second deals. Just time it right and it is a great place to buy gifts or treat yourself to some comfy casual clothing.”
“I had a fun time shopping here yesterday and today with friends. They have some really good deals and promotions, although the signage indicating the deals could be better. I bought three t-shirts, and the third one was free, which was a happy surprise when I went to check out. The associates are knowledgeable and provide friendly customer service in an environment that is busy and, frankly, overstimulating. The inventory is huge, and the prices were great. “JJill has such a variety of clothes and often has great sales. The JJill return policy is amazing and makes it very easy to order on line and return to the store. Admittedly, returning items I have purchased online frequently leads to purchasing more items when returning items to the store. The JJill store at the Shops at Mission Viejo has a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Kendall and Claudia are so amazing; they are very patient and helpful and definitely demonstrate a desire to create an excellent customer experience. Claudia obviously Is passionate about her work and Kendall obviously knows what excellent customer service is about.”
