“I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage in Ladera Ranch for two years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The facility is always spotless and secure, making me feel confident that my belongings are well-protected. The storage units are easily accessible, and there are always plenty of push carts available, which makes moving items in and out a breeze. The remote gate access is incredibly convenient, allowing me to access my unit whenever I need to, and the hours of operation are flexible enough to accommodate my busy schedule.
One of the best aspects of this location is its proximity to restaurants, stores, and a UPS store. This makes it easy to run errands and quickly stop by my unit when needed. However, the real highlight of my experience has been Joey at the front desk.
Every time I've visited, Joey has gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. He is highly knowledgeable, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was finding the perfect unit for my needs at a great price or helping me relocate to a climate-controlled unit, Joey has consistently provided top-notch service. At one point, due to a price increase, I was considering moving to a new storage facility, but after talking with Joey, he was able to provide some options that made my decision easy to stay. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets this location apart.
While I understand that prices may rise over time, the outstanding service provided by Joey and the convenience of this location make it well worth it. Because of Joey's exceptional customer service, I plan to remain a loyal customer for years to come.”

“SUMMARY: US Storage is the best, I have been here probably 8 years. I have had several local storage units at nearby facilities and I have never as impressed as I am with USS. Rain the property managed is what makes this place so great. He goes out of her way to make sure you are in the right unit. He will show you as many units as you want to see. He will be honest with you if you have special items like records, or heat fragile items, tell him and he make every effort to make sure your property is safe. He is always honest and friendly and will give you the best deal possible. Many other places the employee turnover is high, you don't know them, they don't know you. Rain has always been there for me, and all my needs.
The USS is always spotlessly clean and I have better in and out hours than any other facility I have worked with. Rain and his staff do a wonderful job. When you move in, AND YOU ASK, they have a large truck, with a ramp, that you can borrow free one time. Here, the facilities are always open, clean and stocked. The access roads surrounding the units are very spacious, important on busy weekend when people are dropping off and picking up their junk. I feel safe as the facilities are closely monitored by several security cameras. Tell Rain - Chris G sent you!

*Rain is by far the best facility manager I have experienced, He has been there several years. Customer Service is Number One.
*Let you borrow a truck with a ramp for a day. (ASK when getting a new unit)
*Clean, well maintained. Available always
*Well Monitored Security Cameras everywhere
*Well ventilated
*On site Supervision/Apt, someone is there almost 24/7.
*Centrally located, easy freeway and street access to (73, 405, 5, 241) Close to (Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Woods)
CONS:
When choosing a unit, pay attention to the lighting if that is an issue for you, some of the units are a bit dark.”
“We needed a container on our job site to store building materials and tools. Sun Pac delivered one quickly and on time. Their customer service was friendly and helpful. The container was clean and had a strong lock on it to protect our belongings. I would highly recommend them.”

“B&C was very professional. They called the night before the move date to confirm arrival time and go over details and asked if I needed anything. They showed up exactly on time and the two-man team were nice, hard working and efficient. They arrived at the move-in site quickly and off loaded my property with no damages. I tipped 20% because they were so good. I would recommend B&C to anyone who wants a great moving team. I was quoted more than double the cost by other companies and do not regret saving myself thousands of dollars.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I was shopping online but before reserving anything (and because my house is just under a mile away) I decided to go into the rental office to see if there were any walk in discounts or specials and was helped by Marco; who welcomed me and treated me like a brother. He answered all my questions and we determined it would serve me best to make a reservation online. Which I did and it was very easy. Plus when it came to the size of unit I needed and the amount of space I under calculated and was embarrassed and dreaded to see what kind of penalties I was into but when I told Marco he said it was not a problem at all. We found a unit that was available, with the amount of space that would better fit my mountain of "things" and it was done. I had to pay the difference of course but no fees extra charges or negative marks on my file only hand shakes and high fives. THANK YOU EXTRA SPACE FOR BEING TOP CLASS. Keep up the great work.”

But what truly separates this property from other storage facilities is the people. “10/10!! Absolutely recommend anyone use these guys. I moved from Los Angeles to Phoenix AZ. I spoke with Kaycie and she did a great job helping me through the entire process. I called them with about two weeks before my anticipated move out date and they had the exact requested pickup day available. They called me and confirmed the day before and showed up right on time with three awesome guys: Eric, Scott, and Gary. We lived on the fourth floor and they couldn’t park near the apartment, nonetheless they powered through and did an amazing job. They were so polite and professional. Eric drove to our new place in two days in AZ. They arrived early in the morning and unloaded everything in two hours! They didn’t break a single thing and they were as professional as they come. I would HIGHLY recommend these Safeway to anyone moving around the west coast.”
