I have used Rob Bills for Auto, Life and renters insurance for years. I went away, but came back after dissatisfaction with other insurance companies. They are responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Mr. Rob Bills and his licensed agents ARE AMAZING.!!! They go far and beyond to make your life so much easier when it comes to your insurance needs… I’ve used Rob and his Agents for about 7 or 8 years now and I’ve use several different Insurance companies over the many, many, many years of driving and I’ve never experienced such professionalism and extremely knowledgeable Insurance Agents than Rob and his staff. They treat you like family and are always just a phone call or email away. If you happen to need to file a claim, they’re right there to help walk you through it. If you call or email them with questions regarding your policy whether to just gain knowledge or if you’re in need of more coverage and happen to miss them, they always get back to you in a very timely manor. After experiencing the level of knowledge and care that I’ve experienced from Rob, Karim, and the rest of his staff for all of my vehicles, Harley’s and even my Renters Insurance needs for all these years, I’m a customer for life! And I don’t recommend many people or business often but, I HIGHLY recommend Rob Bills and his office, you will not regret it!

5 Stars personally to Rob Bills, his staff and State Farm. I have i think 11 policy's total. 8 Vehicles 2 Trailers and the homeowners policy. I've had several incidents whereas all 3 kids have had collisions and we've also had two (2) hit & runs on our cars over the years and even a flooded home. No noticeable change in premium, very happy. I do have AAA roadside and they are constantly trying to quote me so I finely agreed. They were higher by $300 a month I warned them that they were wasting their time but never stop pushing. THANK GOD FOR ROB BILLS!!

I have met many people in my life that have made a difference and an impact with me. There are the few you come across that make a large impact on your world. Rob is one of these people. He is a master at his business for sure. A few years back I had a break in to my office. I called Rob. He had someone out to repair my door that day. I didn’t even ask him to they just showed up. Took care of everything. All my cars are insured by him also. Lots of people think they have full coverage and really don’t. Worst time to find out is when you get in an accident. For sure have him review that for you. Love this guy. I recommend him 100%!!!!!

I use Rob Bills for insuring my cars, non-owned auto, fire, business, umbrella insurance, and more. Always professional and they always pick up the phone or respond faster to emails than I have ever experienced elsewhere. I've been with Rob for twenty years and always feel he watches out for my best interest, and believe Rob knows it's the best strategy for long-term business growth for developing friendships.

Rob has been my agent for years. Every interaction with him has been amazing. Had an issue this week with a cement truck and damage to my new car, and Rob went above and beyond to ensure I was handled properly, in a timely manner and with zero friction! Rob has been amazing and has worked hard to make sure that I have the proper coverage on all my vehicles, homes, and business. He always has had good solutions to my challenging needs. For years I was frustrated with my insurance company. It's such a significant monthly cost but I never felt like my company was fighting for me. After reading these Yelp reviews, I switched to State Farm with Rob. He is so quick to respond to my questions. It's obvious that he has MY best interest as his top priority. I've been using Rob for all my insurance for over twenty years -cars, fire, business, umbrella, non-owned auto, and more. His customer service is exceptional and they always get back to me quickly on issues. They always handle it which saves me a lot of time and agony. I believe Rob's business model is to build the business by focussing on doing what's right for the customer. I've worked issues through others in his office, and there's never been a time I felt I got inadequate service. You get good pricing and good value.
