Worst pharmacy. They take so long to answer the phone. I think they're overworked since the CVS down the street closed, which had the best customer service! Plus, when you're a customer walking in, you have to hear a recording over and over, you have 2 calls holding. The people behind the counter are very nice. CVS should not have combined 2 pharmacies. The employees are overworked and barely have time to breathe.

Pharmacy service has become worse and worse at this CVS. Understaffed, poorly managed and/or just don't care. And when I left, the front end check out was just as bad with many people waiting to make purchases. Since Aetna bought CVS, customer service has really gone downhill.

MONDAY MAY 8th @ 7:00pm* PHARMACY PROBLEMS. What happens when you need to know if your critical prescription has been filled? Don't bother calling this CVS. We spent 1-1/2hrs on hold before finally driving over to this location. When we asked about the seemingly endless wait times on hold, the pharmacist had an attitude and told us to our faces that they were NOT ANSWERING PHONE CALLS TO THE PHARMACY THIS EVENING. Wait what??? Wow! Imagine that? This could be absolutely critical for elderly patients who sometimes are not able to just get in their car and drive over. They need answers to critical questions at least within 15-30 minutes.. This is just insane. We've been using CVS pharmacy for many many years and now it may be time to look at other options. I cannot believe this interaction tonight. This is very sad. They closed the other crown valley location. They should have at least kept someone on the payroll to answer phones. At this point i feel i have no other options then to discuss this with their Corporate Office In Rhode Island. Ladera Ranch deserves a better pharmacy and a better pharmacist.

This pharmacy is fantastic! Give them a break! Our other location by Albertsons just closed so they are taking on probably double the load. Be kind be patient. I was kind an patient today and was able to pick up my prescription before closing even though it looked as though I might have had to wait until tomorrow. They made it happen! I'm sure this might not always be the case but they are trying their best!!

Pharmacist was rude to me. She kept asking me a question, I did not have the answer to. I could not recall how many mg. in my current prescription. She began to get hasty with me because I couldn't answer her. More over she looked at the current outgoing prescriptions and realized her mistake and literally turned on her heal and just walked away. CVS your pharmacist could do much better. Consider another pharmacy.

Pharmacy never answers the phone! Voice mail system adds confusion. Needs call back mechanism.

This location is always well stocked and the gentleman up front who works late always answers the phone. He also does the *best* passport photos - he actually cares. There's also a lovely lady who runs beauty who is so helpful for answering questions. I hate going to other locations even though others are closer now that I've moved. I just called him with an issue for same day photos late at night and he was going to have them ready for me since it was for my son's school project. My husband already started printing at a second CVS on the way there, but this Ladera location is so kind. Great service.

Pharmacy review. Bait and switch with these people. The tech at the drive thru never told me my total, never told me that they were nit using my insurance when it was used before, and didn't give me a receipt until I asked for one. Of course when I looked at it after getting home it was $80 instead of the regular $12.Going back and asking why they didn't tell me about the extra charge and insurance issue they said they were not obliged to do so. Then they had the gall to tell me I was told of the total and that I lied when I said otherwise.Screw this cvs, this one should have closed down. Going to Rite Aid or Walgreens from now on.Shame on you for your shady practices and crappy service.Only not a single star review because the non pharmacy workers are nice. Other than that, I hope this place goes out of business.

When CVS closed on Crown Valley in March scripts were sent to Antonia Ladera ranch what a joke! The drive up pick up prescriptions line is ALWAYS 20/min long. The need to hire more staff or figure out how to be as efficient as their closed location. I am going to take me business to another location maybe Vons !

I work in a medical office and I just called to called this pharmacy to call in a new prescription for a child. She, very unprofessional, said the pharmacist is to busy and she would have to pull him. She said for me to send it electronically. All, I wanted to do is make sure It was taken care of before we close. She refused to transfer me to the pharmacist and just hung up. I have never, in all the years I have worked in this area, have had a pharmacy be rude. This pharmacy is very unprofessional.

I love this store!!! I have been coming here for 15 years. All the staff are always kind and helpful. They always have well stocked shelves and every time I go in their at least one staff member asks me if I need help finding something. Many of their staff have been their for years, I really appreciate seeing their smiling, familiar faces. I want to thank all of the staff for their hard work during the Covid crisis! I am sure it wasn't easy! You really are my neighborhood pharmacy! With Gratitude, Julie Russell Ladera Ranch

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT I just had the WORST experience of my life with your staff in the pharmacy. First of all, if you make a commitment to a customer that you are going to get something for them and be right back, don't leave them to rot in the drive through until they are reduced to tears. I was told that since my rxs weren't ready and I had somewhere to be they would give me a dose to hold me over. Instead, I was completely ignored and yelled at by the man in the window to "move, your prescriptions aren't ready for another 20 minutes". I was late to my appointment because they lied to me about getting me the one pill. The woman on the intercom said I could have the one come back in the evening for the rest. Cvs pharmacists, you are dealing with people who take medication. People dealing with a lot. Where is the empathy and compassion? You are in a field where peoples mental and physical well beings are in YOUR hands. Please think about that!!!!

One of the employees named Tito kicked me out as soon as I got inside and didn't let me buy anything even though I was about to make a purchase.

Your pharmacy is impossible. 6 cars in line and 10 inside in line. Horrible service I was told by Lauren the pharmacist that she always has problems with me and WON't fill it till the 11th only the send a text saying oops the 17th. I told her I don't have enough she said call your Doctor who is a moron so I told her I can get these on the street or in clubs with no issue, she said go ahead but I'm not filling it till the 17th. So tired of their games, wasting time with Doctors with no clue and doing rush out due to their mistakes !
