“Returning customer reporting facts about the wonderful service I've received here from Tara.First time in I ended up staying over an hour talking while she helped me pick out the proper dimensions for my boxes.I loved the sincereness of the interaction and attention to the work and myself - I did notice a few other regulars came in and she gave them her full attention briefly with the same love!She has a very special operation going on that can't be copied because of her energy and personality for people and the service she knows she can provide. “Called before I drove there. On the phone the staff were courteous and professional. I needed a Notary and would have been happy to schedule an appointment in the next day or two. On another line I could hear the staff ask a notary if she could come in, she agreed and said she was on her way from Lake Forest. Wow, I don't expect that. Before she arrived I got to chat with the staff and see how they treated customers. They were great. Beyond great. They treated me and everyone with respect and professionalism no matter how big or small the request. The notary was great. she to was professional, efficient courteous and just plain nice to talk to like everyone there. I was charged $15.00 dollars. I would have paid a lot more and I definitely recommend this business.”

“What a great service every time! Paul, the owner is very informative and easy to communicate with regarding shipment. I've had really great service compared to the other shipping company that service the Philippines. You can actually go online and track your package. Every time you have a shipment, you will get another box replacement free. Also, you can schedule Paul to come pick up your box when available. I have shipped two times, and one received from the end receiver. They were really impressed with the service provided in the condition the box came in. I highly suggest using the courier service and Paul is your guy!!!”

“TSA was super quick and easy I was a walk-in and was taken care of immediately. It was a little hard to find but I walked into the AIM mail center to ask for directions and what do you know, the tsa enrollment center is in there. If you’re going to get your tsa, it’s next to the subway near the staterbros and home depot.”

“Every time I've visited this store, the staff is friendly and helpful. This time, I needed a passport photo and wasn't sure if they offered that. It wasn't listed on the window display signs. Yes, they do. An employee took my photo and quickly processed 2 passport photos, with no issues. I had just spent almost 45 minutes at another place, but they couldn't get their printer to work. I will recommend UPS Store for passport photos in the future.”

“I have been using this UPS Store for my mail for 7+ years. Scott and Sean always provide A+ service. They are friendly, courteous, and have a good sense of humor. On a slow day (not very often are they slow...) if they see my car pull up, they will sometimes have my mail ready before I walk in the door! That is the kind of above and beyond service you get from these guys. I have had a UPS Store mailbox in 4 different states, over the past 30 years, and they have all been excellent. My UPS box is accessible 24 hours a day, behind a locked door, and I don't have to worry about package thieves stealing my stuff, while I'm at work. The address counts as a physical location, so things they won't send to a P.O. Box can be sent there securely. They can also sign for packages such as wine shipments or registered mail. This greatly simplifies my life as I can't be home at random delivery times. Also note that customers get an email and/or text when packages are scanned in. Note that I have absolutely no affiliation with UPS or any other related service, I am a scientist who works in a lab every day. Hats off to Sean and Scott.”

I have the majority of my mail sent here when I'm not in California and I have nothing but praise for both the efficiency of the business and the employees. I'm not sure where some of the comments are coming from in these reviews, but I have always had very positive interactions with ALL the employees and have been doing business here for many years. In additions, all of my packages are handled quickly and efficiently, both outgoing and incoming.In my opinion, this is the best UPS store in town (I've tried the other two) and if you have any shipping needs or incoming mail needs, I don't know why you wouldn't start here. Quick, easy, friendly, a very efficient operation IMHO.”
