“Returning customer reporting facts about the wonderful service I've received here from Tara.First time in I ended up staying over an hour talking while she helped me pick out the proper dimensions for my boxes.I loved the sincereness of the interaction and attention to the work and myself - I did notice a few other regulars came in and she gave them her full attention briefly with the same love!She has a very special operation going on that can't be copied because of her energy and personality for people and the service she knows she can provide. I will go out of my way to ship my business products out with this small business!Recently, I shipped a package with her and realized I forgot to put the apt# on the address - Tara got in touch with me to have have it sent back out without any other issues or cost. :)”

I was unsure what size box to ship my belongings in and PJ was so kind and helpful, she offered a slightly larger box to make sure something specific did not get smashed or bent. PJ was wonderful!! She made shipping a package extremely easy and was extra thoughtful with offering something to make sure the receivers belongings stayed perfect! 10/10 service and will definitely be back :)”

“Called before I drove there. On the phone the staff were courteous and professional. I needed a Notary and would have been happy to schedule an appointment in the next day or two. On another line I could hear the staff ask a notary if she could come in, she agreed and said she was on her way from Lake Forest. Wow, I don't expect that. Before she arrived I got to chat with the staff and see how they treated customers. They were great. Beyond great. They treated me and everyone with respect and professionalism no matter how big or small the request. The notary was great. she to was professional, efficient courteous and just plain nice to talk to like everyone there. I was charged $15.00 dollars. I would have paid a lot more and I definitely recommend this business.”

“TSA was super quick and easy I was a walk-in and was taken care of immediately. It was a little hard to find but I walked into the AIM mail center to ask for directions and what do you know, the tsa enrollment center is in there. If you’re going to get your tsa, it’s next to the subway near the staterbros and home depot.”
