The Ladera facility thinks it’s appropriate to call an Uber for a ride to the emergency room for an injured visitor of this facility, someone who is bleeding and possibly suffering from a concussion has no business getting into an Uber and any business that conducts itself in this matter is reckless.

OGP in Ladera is a modern facility with friendly and helpful staff members.
The parking fee is $20.00 a day which is outrageous when you have a three day tournament. On top of the parking fee, spectators are required to pay an additional $20.00 a day to watch their athlete(s) play—how can families afford this! If my wife, daughter, and I attended my son’s three day tournament we would be charged a whopping $240.00 just to watch him, and that doesn’t include the tournament fee for my son to play. In addition to parking, entrance, and tournament fees, players are required to create a player Passport which costs $60.00.
The following quote is from the Passport website: “The Passport is designed to transform the youth sports experience by archiving the player journey including verifying age and grade, tracking event participation, delivering real time stats, box scores and standings, showcasing achievements and storing pictures and videos.”
Unfortunately, our experience with the Passport was the same as the rest of the players on our team. The stats were very inaccurate and totally unreliable and only one of the promised services (age verification) was fulfilled. The Passport makes promises that are not kept.
Also, if you play for an out-of-state team keep in mind that the local and in-state teams will be heavily favored by the referees—in the first half of our first game our team had 10 fouls and the local team had three, give me a break.
In summary, I was impressed with staff and facility, but you do not get what you (over) pay for.

The courts are fine. The temp can get a little hot when it's packed. The worst part of this location is the price gouging. $20 to park every day when you're holding a tournament is rediculous especially when you know you're hosting out of state teams that don't have other options. Once you've paid parking you're stuck paying $25 a day for a game without the opportunity to get a weekend pass unless you were there day one. Give some consideration to the out of state teams coming to your location. And maybe offer a weekend pass on a Sat as well as a Friday.

The facility is my favorite of the many volleyball tournament locations we have visited. It is a smaller venue. There are nice dividers partitioning each court and each court has bleachers and padded chairs for spectators (you are not permitted to bring in chairs.) There is a large scoreboard for each court, so you always know the score.
They allow no food or outside beverages. There is a small snack bar offering limited items.
As of April 2024, the cost to park is $20 per car and entry is $20 per spectator. The parking is limited and there are signs posted at neighboring businesses that sport complex parking is prohibited and cars will be towed.

Don't like this place. Rude staff, highly overpriced. Courts are packed in like sardines. $20 to park to watch a 10 year old play? That is ridiculous. Find another venue

We were here for a volleyball tournament. They charged $20 or $25 for parking and $20 for each parent. Then they charged $10 for kids 5-12 to watch their sibling pay. A lot of other volleyball gyms do not charge for kids 5-12 because they know it is greedy and too over the top. Ladera Sports Center aka Open Gym Premier Ladera Ranch needs to stop charging for kids 5-12. I will reluctantly accept the $20 parking charge ($25 is too high) and $20 per parent charge as I know why you have to charge it, but you have gone too far with the charge for the children. By trying to extract too much money from parents, you are splitting up families by some staying at home to save on the outrageous fees.

I will never recommend this place. They've Overpriced EveryTHING. They nickel and dime families to the best of their abilities. To top it off- their Rude and condescending staff is top tier. Why are places like this allowed to treat customers this way? I will never understand. They'd raised basketball nets to make sure kids can't practice at the court they paid to get in. They'd also often ensure to inconvenient their customers by placing "out of service" signs to the closest Restroom you can get to. This place is wack. I hope tournaments will stop using this place. The stars is to prevent them deleting this message and parents/families can be warned.

The courts at this facility are fine, however the price gouging is disgusting. Brought our team healthy snacks for between games and we were forced to sit outside in the rain to eat because they wanted us to purchase their food. Fried foods taking 30 min or more to prepare. Bottled water at $5.25! $25 to park, $20 to watch your kids play and $10 for young children…I actually witnessed them kicking a team out of their seating area because they were eating sandwhiches that weren’t purchased there. Greedy business at its finest!
