Brandon the GM is SUPER shady AF. Went in for a 6 day trial and they did the tour and sales pitch--normal stuff. I told them I can't commit until I can see my schedule through; Brandon the GM comes over and offers me his GM discount. The discount? The same one that's on the website. Okay, shady, but whatever, some people in sales don't make their sales through trust but rather inconsequential deception. Fine. I told them someone called me earlier today about an open house on the 12th (it's the 9th) and that there would be deals that day. Cool. I said I'll wait until then since I'll have a better idea if this is for me or not. Brandon looks at me like I've just made up a story about flying to the moon. "Open house? What open house? I don't know about this." Meanwhile his salesman is nodding his head yes that there is an open house. He then said he couldn't honor his special fake GM discount for too much longer, prices are so volatile they could change any day now (!!!!) Anyways, it ended with him telling me to schedule a time to talk to the sales person on the said Open House (guess he remembered after all). Major red flags. Total turn off.

My husband called the day we gave birth to our baby to pause his membership because he was starting his paternity leave to be home with his baby and they asked how long the freeze would be for. He said 2 months and the employee said okay you're all set. Now 2 months later they have been charging him and are saying he never froze his account. As new parents would were members at eos we are disappointed and disgusted they the employees are properly trained to do their job and now we are the ones paying the price. Now only with Eos not refund the 2 months of membership that was paused and we even provided phone history proof of the freeze, but the Eos staff have also been disrespectful and rude while we try to get the issue sorted. This is a horrible gym if this is how they are treating people dealing with a newborn child. Horrible horrible horrible. We are now forced to cancel memberships and all of our friends are as well because we can't believe a company would treat people this way. We are now having to deal with charge backs which our banks thankfully agree with us and our phone history with eos that the freeze should have been honored. So sad it ended this way with Eos. My husband would have loved to continue working out here and now after the bad treatment has no interest and doesn't feel welcome.

Great gym with great energy and always friendly staff members to great you upon entrance and departure. Overall the equipment is clean and always working. Only downside is it's very busy but that's every gym so not worth not going to just because of the business. Thanks EOS for the great environment to workout at.

Let's talk Eos and Sage. Eos is great. They are extremely kind folk. Good hearted people. Who cares about their own staff as their patrons. I have seen the meticulous work of Brandon and Trevor. The incoming of Tripp. Xavier is the go to for many issues and is an important resource. Utility in Richelle. With cohort in tow The Benevolent Brianna. There is the Rock at TJ. The computer guy I forget is his name. The super sweet hardworking Valhen. Then we come to ...... Sage. A super awesome neat enthusiastic kind meet and greet stay steadfast in a front desk by balance act. Reminisce of the once powerful Mae. Somewhat the dude Slater. Hope everyone is well here. Great folk. Indeed. On the ball. Sage is the diligent social Butterfly.

Absolutely trash management. My wife came in to get a tour and sign up for a monthly membership while our home gym is out of commission for a few months and was told it would be 5 minutes. 30 minutes later she gave up and left. I returned with her the next day and we were told the same thing, I asked if that was a real 5 minutes or the same thing where we'd wait 30 minutes and leave, and was told emphatically by the front desk girl that she would not let that happen. 3 minutes later she packed up and went home without saying anything to us or the sales team. 20 minutes after that I asked another of the many employees milling around doing nothing that we were still waiting and was told it would be a few more minutes. I insisted they go get someone to talk to me and they tried, but were sent back with the same "you'll need to wait a few minutes" line. I said, no, I've been here 30 minutes twice now and sent the employee back, but got the same bullshit, so left. We even tried the online "free 7 day trial membership" but despite saying it was going to send a code to get in for the trial, it didn't, and instead we got a call from the sales office. I can't imagine putting this much effort into giving a business money. Gyms are terrible anti-customer businesses in general, but this was next level. Usually they wait until you've signed up before treating you like garbage, but eos seems to have innovated by moving that experience up front. I guess I should thank them for their transparency.

Big in size, lots of equipment and mostly kept clean. Friendly staff. The only thing I'd say I wish was fixed was there water to be cold. If I were to fill a bottle the water is warm and no where near cold.

A great gym, but if you don't know what you're doing, there's no one walking around to assist you. They have a personal training program, which obviously is extra, but I would suggest to EOS having staff walking around. Monitoring guest. If they see someone confused, ask if they need help or need suggestions so they don't hurt themselves. Their classes are great! One awesome experience I had was when I called. Nate answered the phone and he was seriously one of the best people I've spoken to there and I found out he's a new hire. His customer service was on point. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. I'm going to always ask for him moving forward. EOS customer service for the win!

i'm sure this is a great gym but my experience with the manager and salesman was extremely uncomfortable. i signed up for the 7 day FREE trial. and then i'm giving a 30 minute lecture and tour on all the different options. i had asked multiple times if i could do all that at the end of my workout and the salesman Xavier told me that we had do all that other bullshit first. then he brought his manager ricky over who was nice, but it was painfully obvious they wanted me to sign up before even seeing if i liked this gym. they changed the signup price because ricky wanted to give me a "personal deal" like... i know sales tactics. it was an overall uncomfortable experience and i feel bad that i was a little rude, however it was just all around unpleasant. i ended up leaving with my friend after having 30 minutes of my time wasted and we didn't even work out!!!! i hate being approached at the gym and xavier was trying so hard to find my "fitness goals" !!! NEWSFLASH SOME PEOPLE JUST LIKE TO WORK OUT. WE DONT HAVE TO HAVE GOALS. gym was clean and looked very fun to workout in, too bad my experience was so negative that i have no intention of returning!!!!!

The staff here are great. The community here is great. Parking is no problem except for the busy days from 5-7pm. Overall, amazing experience being a member here for the last 3 years.

Christopher at this location was very disrespectful. I called because I have a 7 day pass that I got from the EOS in Tustin/Irvine area (that I never used yet) and asked if I could workout at his location bc I'm thinking of buying the multiclub pass. He immediately assumes I'm lying and says "we don't have a location in Irvine bro." I had to continue to explain myself and how I am interested in a membership but want to try it out first with the 7 day pass EOS advertises on their website. He begins acting like I'm trying to sneak my way into an exclusive club. What I thought was going to be a nice phone call shockingly turned into an argument of him treating me like i'm lying and gatekeeping me from trying out the gym. I wanted to sign up for a membership but if all of EOS customer service is like this, I won't be signing up at any EOS location.
