“Cute Japanese store that carries a lot of small items. You will find random things here. The only issue I have is that the prices are hard to decipher. You will have to figure out the shape on the item and match it with the price list. I wish they would just put the price on the item itself. Also all items are final. No returns or exchanges.”
“I have always enjoyed shopping at all Kohls locations, but the Kohls in RSM is especially great! There seems to be a very low employee turnover rate (which is truly impressive and valuable in today’s retail environment!) so therefore, I’ve gotten to get to know the employees and it feels good to be greeted on a personal level in return as well! In addition, the morale and enthusiasm is always upbeat and it shows that the employees genuinely enjoy working there, therefore I feel that I’m consistently treated with superior customer service! The store itself is also impeccable! The fact that it is two stories, and that it offers a Sephora inside as well as an Amazon return center, online pick up self service, ample parking, multiple checkout queues as well as several self checkout lanes just make it beyond convenient! And if there is something online at Kohls that isn’t available in the store, they offer free shipping if you purchase it while inside the store! I love Kohls as a retailer but shopping at the Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM) location enhances my shopping experience that much more! Happy Shopping!!”

“This is the place to browse and find good quality stuff. Never know what you will find but the consistently have great cookware and kitchen supplies. Lots of little treasures from glassware to wall art and bedding. Good place to go shopping for Birthday gifts and house warming gifts. This is a browsers paradise.”

Like all other TJ Maxx locations, their prices are very reasonable and they have great deals. The place was well-stocked and everything was very organized. Their clearance selection for the beauty and skincare was quite large.
The checkout line was pretty long, but moved rather quickly. Everyone I interacted with was nice and I had an enjoyable experience.

“We were visiting from New Mexico on October 4, 2023 and made an impromptu trip to Laguna Main Beach. Our older children did NOT bring their swimsuits but decided it was too much temptation and went for a swim/play in the ocean. We didn't have a change of clothes and didn't wish you dirty the rental vehicle. Called Debra at Main Beach Outlet and she was soooo accommodating. She found shorts for our 13 and 16 year old sons and allowed them to use the dressing rooms to change into dry clothes. I feel like she gave us great deals on all items purchased, especially for the situation and even ran out bag we forgot out to us as we were leaving. She was so kind to our 6 year old daughter and the husband and I were able to score some great shirts to remember the experience by. If we are ever back in this neck of the world again we will be sure to visit her shop again. Cute store, great staff, reasonable prices for top quality. Located right behind the main beach playground. Thanks Debra. We are home in NM again and the boys Love their Laguna Beach shorts!!”
“Haven’t been to a big lots in a while since the Laguna Hills one closed down. This one feels a little cramped but has some great selections. A lit less furniture and more food items (snacks). The staff was Friday each time.”
“I always have a joyful experience shopping at Kohl's. I hardly ever go to the mall. I always compliment the cashiers how happy I am shopping in their store. I also send in the surveys saying how great it was shopping that day. I have been shopping at Kohl's Laguna Niguel for years and years, decades actually. I hope they stay in business. “Overall, the store is your bargain basement store with lower prices on some times good items or sometimes cheapest made manufacturers they can fine. It's not a Macy's, and it's OK as the average shopper tens to be more working class than Macy's shoppers. You will find some good mark down items if you're willing to spend some time on the racks as an organization system and placing things back on the correct size on racks is hit and miss.”

“Came to target as I was in the area visiting friends and finally saw that they had the goodies I wanted in the target spot section this target is clean and looks fairly new and has plenty of parking and is safe. I would go back to this location again.”

“This is a nice store to get a lot of holiday shopping done, but you need a list and patience. I was also disappointed they didn't have more kitchen items such as bowls and such. A whole row of mugs but no plates. A lot of holiday and gift items are out now. I did find some stocking goodies but nothing major here.”

“Guadalupe helped me do self check out and she's so sweet. I browsed and then bought some candy. I love Haribo gummy bears and they are only $1.50'per bag Everything is $5 and under!! They have a wide assortment of everything from towels to balls. The staff is very attentive and will help you find whatever you need.”

“One of my favorite stores in the plaza. They carry a lot of products and are always well stocked. It’s clean and organized. The only issue is that it can get very busy in the evenings and weekends. The checkout and return lane are very long.”
“The official Miniso TikTok account is constantly posting from this specific Miniso so I was under the impression that it's probably the best Miniso out there. I was overwhelmed, but I wasn't wrong! This Miniso is super crowded, Irvine Spectrum already has a ton of people so it's no surprise that Miniso would be full of people. It's also very big, but I would say it's about the same size as the Miniso in Del Amo Fashion Center. However, this location seems to get other items before other Miniso's do. I've never seen Heroine makeup or hair accessories at any other Miniso I have gone to. This Miniso also carried Smiskis when I went! The employees are nice and very patient. My mom held up the line a bit because she couldn't decide which travel utensils she wanted, and the employee made a suggestion that helped us! I would definitely come again but definitely during a time where it's not so busy. There's tons more things that this Miniso has to offer, but it was hard with the big crowd and how hot the store got.”
“In general, with compare with some of the other targets, this branch and the other target in Jeronimo are so good. I don't know if it is related to management or special training, but people who are working in these two branches are so cooperative and nice!

“HUGE STORE ! My wife and I zipped over here around 3pm on Friday to pick up some Xmas stuff. We parked in the huge multi level undercover parking lot directly across from this store. TOO EASY ! And then we walked a short distance to the main entrance. It's a completely updated store with a huge range of everything under the sun. My wife and I picked out some Xmas greeting cards, wrapping paper etc. I grabbed some personal hygiene items from the MAN ZONE. Fast friendly service at the checkout !NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2022 I can tell you what is great !”

“This Ladera Ranch home goods store is smaller but well organized and kept better then other home goods stores I have been in. Well at least two other stores. I also believe this store also has better quality items. If you check out the photos you can see their shelves are denser with a better variety of numerous items. Like all of the Home Goods stores they have overstock and close out items of good quality at a very good low price. This store is especially good at cookware and food items and sauces. And they have an especially good stationary section here. Their bedding selections are also awesome. Check out the photos. They tell a lot about what they have.”
