I wonder if the store is open? I have called 4 times, waiting 30 minutes each time but no one answers. It is beyond frustrating.

The staff here are HARD WORKERS!! These folks hustle. This is one of the busiest CVS locations I've ever come across and they are always grinding and doing their best. I've been coming here for 10 years and always appreciate what they do. I had a last minute photo print request from a family member tonight for Christmas gifts and I placed the order online with CVS, and my order was ready within 5 min. When I went to pick up the photos, I found out they had a staff member there the entire time to process photos during the Holidays. The crowds were hectic yet the staff kept their calm composures and smiles :)

Michelle, at this store, helped save the day with getting my son's invitations printed at sized perfectly within minutes. She was so kind and helpful! I recommend going to this cvs if you need help with anything and asking for Michelle

Im hoping that someone in management sees this post. Ever since closing the 2nd location in Ladera, the other one is so overwhelmed. As I sit here in line, 4 cars ahead of me and 6 behind me, I can't help but think how you can't add employees since you had an entire store close nearby. The employees are working their tails off and yet it is still so slow! 20 minutes so far and 2 cars now ahead of me. Pay more and get more people staffed!

I would agree with the last review. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Arrive to the pharmacy 10 minutes before they were closing. The doctor had made a mistake on the quantity of tablets. A few minutes before the pharmacy was closing the doctor spoke to the pharmacist and corrected that, and at that moment, Angela with a terrible attitude said I'm sorry you're gonna have to drive to a 24 hour CVS 10 miles away because it'll take us 15 minutes to complete that prescription. All she had to say was this at the very beginning, but she let both Dr and myself believe this could be filled, if the doctor would change the prescription right away. I've read other reviews and didn't understand while this pharmacy only has two stars. It's people like Angela make a sick person drive 10 extra miles because of her laziness. CVS needs to fire her!

Making simple purchases gets more challenging each visit. The checkout process eliminates the customer service aspect of buying from this location. Under my Medicare plan, I'm supposed to get my prescriptions from CVS or a handful of alternates. After this transaction today, buying baby products and Halloween candy, I'm only going to get prescriptions from here, and all other products from Walgreens, Target, or "anywhere else".

Our work wanted to celebrate our colleague's 20th work anniversary and had a fun poster created from an Etsy artist. We had it submitted to CVS for same day pick-up. It was ready within 30 minutes! While I was there, I bought a bag of confetti to cover our co-worker's desk.One of the CVS employees was very helpful on finding the poster. Amazing service and product all around.

Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. I dealt twice with the person who helped me (her name is Angela), and twice she was very rude and gave me the wrong information. She nodded her head with hatred and rolled her eyes at me. If she does not like her job or doesn't like customers, please stay in the back. I don't understand why the pharmacy manager allows this person to be in contact with people. I feel angry because I have never been treated in this manner. It doesn't matter how busy you are, this behavior is inexcusable!I hope their customer service improves, otherwise the customers will be non-existent.

I waited 10 minutes to see pharmacist and they never came to help. They also made me sign my signature to say a pharmacist saw me which was not true. Now I'm just going to guess on how to use my medicine.

Worst "pharmacist in charge" ever. Incompetent and insists on dispensing meds wrong. Borderline abusive to customers.

I never understood why anyone would leave a review for a pharmacy. Now I get it, these representatives are lazy and heartless in helping people. There wasn't even anyone in line, and not one of 10 available pharmacists would help correct the prescription with the Doctor. Got kicked around and had to escalate with the hospital myself. All they had to do was pickup the phone and call the hospital to have the brand of medication changed to one that was available (they ran out of the other kind). Unbelievably dumb!

I've been on hold forever. About 15 minutes in someone answered and then hung up on me immediately (like they lifted and lowered the phone on purpose?).Their app isn't working either and I really need this medication and cannot find out if they even have it or if I should try a farther location for it!

Worst pharmacy. They take so long to answer the phone. I think they're overworked since the CVS down the street closed, which had the best customer service! Plus, when you're a customer walking in, you have to hear a recording over and over, you have 2 calls holding. The people behind the counter are very nice. CVS should not have combined 2 pharmacies. The employees are overworked and barely have time to breathe.
