I had a terrible experience at a different Chase location so I decided to try this branch and Sepi was beyond amazing. She did everything she could to help me and provided the best customer service experience. I sincerely appreciate the time she took to properly understand my situation and the steps she took to resolve it.

Horrible experience in this branch. I recently purchased a second home in Ladera (other home is in Newport Beach). No Private Client advisors available. Barely gave me the time of day since I was in sweats and a baseball hat and no makeup. If they saw my account and business across chase, they would have treated me differently. So disappointed. Will continue to go to the Chase in Newport.

Doesn't take much to make me happy. However, Chase treated me so poorly and unprofessionally that will be closing my accounts and going back to Wells Fargo who treated me well. Chase made promises they could not deliver on made me feel unwelcome. I would never recommend using them and please consider what they say and they offer things they cannot deliver on. If I could have given a lower number like -10 I would have. Just terrible. They choose who they want to help and screw everyone else: no two banks are the same and they don't all follow the rules they claim to have. Total horse Sh!t

Extremely rude bankers here. I went in multiple times just trying to add someone to an account which takes less than 10 minutes. One lady had someone coming in in 5 mins but the other lady who was alone could have helped us said no I'm booked all day. I then went to the empty windows with not 1 banker. I asked a lady begins the back corner if I could ask a question and she rudely said no we are in a meeting. So after 10 minutes I finally left and the lady was still alone easily could have added someone go my account sat there. Don't go here.

I approached this branch location to switch banks and open new accounts for my business expenses. I was sitting in line waiting to be helped and looked at both bankers with no attention paid to me in my fluorescent neon construction clothing. When a lady entered the location wearing a nursing uniform a banker jumped up to help. They are the Heros during this pandemic, but with 2 bankers they both should have been able to assist us with our banking needs. I felt discriminated by the clothing I was wearing and valued less as a customer based on this information. This branch has lost my business and I'm not sure if I'll try another.

My wife has an account here and I use this bank to cash some checks that she writes for me. Even though I do not have an account here they are always friendly and nice to me. I have had problems cashing my wife's at other Chase Banks but this branch is professional and courteous. This is how Banks should act when someone is cashing a check written on their branch.

This branch is TERRIBLE. I've been in a few times on my lunch break and usually end up getting up and leaving because they have terrible customer service. Spoke with Kat today and she was extremely rude. The other Ladera location is much better and know how to be kind to people.

Very disappointing because I waited for a banker as a line began to form simply for either a voided check or direct deposit form and Kat I believe her name was (long hair) was INCREDIBLY rude. She said I can wait for a teller to give me a check and write void myself. She clearly saw that there was a long line waiting for tellers and clearly could help me but was just a terrible, lazy employee. Her tone was also super rude and condescending and not friendly. Luckily the teller, I didn't get her name wish I did, a sweet blonde woman helped me out and apologized on Kats behalf as she was blatantly rude and lazy.

I gave the teller my ex wife's Social Security number full name address and birthday for a deposit yesterday and somehow she managed to put it into my son's account. Completely, unacceptable.

Gary (the manager of this branch) met with me to open a business bank account and when I told him about the new venture my husband and I were starting he smirked and asked "Well whose idea is this?" and laughed...... He also booked an appointment for me with Samira (a business banker), turns out she already had an appointment at the same time that Gary "booked" me for. So, I made an appointment direct with Samira for another day. I arrived at my new appointment and there was another woman there who ALSO had an appointment with Samira at the same time as my appointment because Gary double booked her again!! This guy is supposed to be a "manager" but seems to be causing problems for everyone. Working with this branch is a nightmare.

Scott and the team at Chase are always very helpful with my banking needs. Whether business related or personal they continue to do a great job handling any issues that may arise with my accounts. Kudos!
