After visiting this branch, i drove home and spent over an hour on the phone to cancel my Bank of America credit card just so I would not have any accounts with them at all. Got a check $25 check from Bank of America (not a person who has bank of America, but the company bank of America) I went into the branch to cash my $25 check, and was told there would be an $8 fee to cash a check they issued me. I guess I had forgot why I never used them as a bank, but had my reminder today..

Worst Bank of America experience ever! Walked in to do a wire, absolutely no customers there, and the manager looked so unhappy that I walked in, who's paying these people just to do nothing all day?!

This branch is not even worth writing about.We met this personal banker, Virsha Nambiar, she was as rude and as unprofessional as one gets.To make the matters worse, her incompetency was beyond belief. Both B of A and Merril lynch should be ashamed.We are closing our account with them.It looks like it's been difficult lately to find quality people to work for them???

This Ladera Ranch branch is great! Nice job BOA fixing the issues people were complaining about in the past. I made an appointment today to ask questions about service charges, and Luis R. helped me get everything straightened out. While I was there, some folks showed up without making an appointment. I figured they were going to be told to come back after they had made an appointment. Instead, Luis asked them to take a seat and told them he would find a way to squeeze them in. This is my new favorite branch!

Always make you wait, I am working I need my transaction to be handle and the only teller available can't help me and make wait instead. Im only getting chage people.

Sheema Esmaeiltehrani is totally amazing! I've tried other branches in Laguna Niguel and Aliso viejo, but the service she has provided was truly amazing. She went above and beyond for our small business needs.

Strongly suggest going to a different bank. There is always a long line here and only one person behind the counter helping. There are many people I the offices but none come out to assist. This happens routinely.
