Its funny because my neighbor was telling me make sure you check everything because he used a different company to Caliber Collision and he had to return his car 3x. The staff were so helpful, understanding and friendly. They made me feel like everything would be taken care of to the highest quality and it truly was. My car had a lot of damage and it now looks like new. They estimated 3 weeks and it was only 2 weeks. Gustavo was kept me in the loop and went out of his way to deliver my car earlier than expected. I would highly recommend them.”
“Today was a minor errand, but Jay made it fun.All I needed were lightbulbs for my SUVs headlights. Jay helped me find me the correct ones.He also recommended replacing both headlights at once. Lightbulbs are rated for a certain length of time. If one bulb failed, the other is likely to fail soon. Why not replace both while I have the tools and bulbs I need?Jay also described the different types of bulb available. I went with stock bulbs instead of something brighter.Jay also advised me to wear gloves and not touch the bulb with bare hands. The oil from my fingertips would transfer to the bulb and eventually cause it to crack.Finally, Jay allowed me to reminisce for a moment about flipping VW Bugs with my dear Dad in the distant past. And Jay told me about his Super Beetle.It's tiny moments like this that make me shop IRL instead on online. If you want excellent customer service, drive on over to see Jay.RECOMMEND”

“I used this shop to fix my 2019 Honda Clarify PHEV. It was supposed to take 8 days/labor hours and estimate was 20 days. I ended up picking up my car a week later. So far the repair was perfect and wasn’t able to find any defects. Adapted cruise sensors and other sensitive parts at front bumpers were all well fixed. It is recommended body shop from my insurance company(Geico), so I trusted them.Overall it was convenient to visit from my home, their technicians/engineer’s skill was great, and also great desk receptionist. I recommend this place.”
“They deserve more than 5 starsI called and made appointment for my Range Rover that had oil leak for more than two years (no shop could find the exact parts leaking) and the check engine light came on too.When I took the car (Feya) asked me to be there for a few minutes if I had time, I said yes and then they showed me all issues with my car step by step and well explained, the manager gave me the estimate I approved it and they got it done quickly. “My experience buying a new CX-5 couldn’t have been any better! Emon in sales was very helpful and low pressure. He worked with me to put a hold on the car that I wanted and got me a great deal after I didn’t qualify for any of the Mazda discounts mostly over text/phone. He was also patient when I forgot my title on my trade in and helped make arrangements for the dealer to get me a replacement right there. Also got a better offer on my trade in than CarMax and Carvana. Everyone on the team including finance made the process low stress and efficient. “Couldn't be happier with my damaged fender repair! My girlfriend ran into my car so I was looking for an affordable repair shop to keep her costs down. “Have had multiple cars repaired here for varying damage or cleanup. They have always done a great job. Today I hit a bollard and scratched the door handle, cab, and fender of my truck. They went to polish it to see what kind of follow up work it needed. They brought it back out after 5-10 minutes with pretty much all of the damage gone. Sent me on my way without any pressure to do more expensive repairs. These guys are awesome and have great customer service!”

“I had some dents, scrapes as well as some clear coat damage repaired on my Lexus last week & they did a fantastic job. Can't even tell now that it was previously damaged. Friendly staff as well. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off with no charge. My car was ready a few days earlier than expected. Dropped it off on a Monday & it was ready that following Friday which they originally said it would be ready the following week. My parents had a few of their vehicles repaired here which is how I found out about this place. This was my first visit here & will for sure return again in the future. Update March 2, 2024: Unfortunately another car hit my rear bumper last week while parked in a parking lot which left several bulges from the other cars license plate frame that hit it. I took my car back to Precision for the repair, but fortunately the repair was quick & simple as it was ready in just two days & they once again did an excellent job. They completely removed the bulges as well as resprayed the entire bumper which had several other imperfections in multiple areas, none that were very noticeable unless you looked very closely & never really bothered me as they were already there when I first bought the car four years ago, but nice to have those removed as well. The new paint on the bumper looks great & matches the rest of the car perfectly. They also gave my car a full detail both inside & out! Once again I'll for sure return here again for future repairs, but hopefully not too soon!”

I can tell everyone without the doubt this shop owner (daughter, on site ) and the mechanic Javier are the two most honest kind and professional people you can meet in this industry, and you know what l mean right ? Right off back they identified the problem in my Mercedes ( They also work extensively on BMW) Gaven me the price which was 30% less than the other shop l went to , Javier is a gentlemen and fantastic mechanic , knows ins and outs of the cars. Repaired it and as a courtesy he also installed a cabin filters l had purchased and was a very difficult job in this model took him a long time without saying a word . I felt really bad asking him to do this , l had no idea , but greatly appreciated his kindness, give these people a try l promise you they will be fair and professional.
