I went here to switch my custom plates to my new vehicle and I was so impressed with how seamless the process was! I was in and out in 5 minutes. Will definitely prioritize this location going forward

Great location! X'ania helped me at the front desk, she was cheerful helpful, and fast! I was there for a title transfer and I was in and out in no time. Thank you X'ania I will definitely come back to this location for future service.

I just wanted to thank ..a man that helped me today! I believe his name was Josh ?! He had Blonde hair beard.. red shirt on today! My mind was so many places I hope I’m getting the name correct , I know that he does not live around here he told me. Anyway, He was truly kind to me, patient , and pleasant! He was a genuine sweet and nice man that really helped me when I was having a very very very bad day! Thank you for your help and kindness.Good people make a difference and .. I hope I got your name right ! He helped me with getting my registration because I lost it and dealing with my name change title stuff that I was having issues with. I had just spent hours getting my car fixed and money so I felt very overwhelmed and he made everything easy and gave me grace! I appreciate you .. you’re a wonderful employee!Kathryn

Terrific services offered here. Skip the lines at the DMV. HOWEVER -- occasionally awful service by incompetent and slightly rude employees. Came in today, as specific told to do by the RSM branch last week, to pick up registration stickers. Which were paid for last week. The old ladies here argued with me that I hadn't paid the DMV fee. (They didn't check, they inexplicably just assumed, despite my insistence to the contrary.) They insisted I get out of line and call the dmv and go through that nonsense -- the stuff that I'm paying AAA to avoid. Yep. It was already paid. Just like I was told by the Ranch AAA folks. Just like I told the ladies here about five times. Did they apologize or admit their mistake. Of course not! Then they insisted that I must have just paid over the phone, because "now it's clear." No. It takes two days to clear. I know this because you folks told me that. So you're either incompetent or a liar. Or both. Next time listen. Or admit you were wrong. It's not that hard to it be so awful. Some Dreadful women here. (And a few pleasant ones.) And I will openly admit my patience for incompetence is non-existent. IDEA: send the miserable employees to the DMV!!!! They'd do great there. That said........ Still 100x better than the DMV.

I worked with Xania on transferring my personal plates onto my new car. She was extremely helpful and asked all the necessary questions to accomplish our task. She was excellent to work with and handled my request with professionalism, expeditiously and with a very attentive and helpful attitude. Thank you to AAA for having such wonderful employees!

We went today to AAA in Mission Viejo to do a transaction with our 2 small pets. I got a weird look and feeling about it. Nobody bother to ask If they were service animals or mental support. An employee walked by us and made a comment "Not a place to bring dogs" i confronted that employee and she said the comment was not directed to us! I was wondering who else I noticed another employee making another comment to the receptionist. People be more professional and address the issue as such, not behind our backs!!! Including one notary! Asked us to come back later with a document they didn't need it according the second notary i saw for the second time. Maybe more training is needed!!

Nick the tow driver gave a horrible experience . Trying to say a 17 year old is the owner of the account which is not true and even possible she does not pay the bill . Secondly we had another membership with the card and person present and said he was we have to recall in . Nick with the tow flat bed license #47496L3 . Horrible customer service and rude .

AAA Mission Viejo is amazing!! Dale Knight planned and booked our family vacation . He spent so much time catering to what we wanted and made any changes w ease. He is so friendly and knows what he is doing. I can't say enough. I have been to this location for car Registration also and also have a good experience every time. Great Manager also.

Went here yesterday and from start to finish the people helping me were incredibly nice. My issue ended up having 3 of their staff helping me, and they were all awesome. It was definitely a team effort and Socorro was the one that brought it over the finish line. She was patient and thorough and was able to fully resolve my issue. Everyone at the office was very friendly which is why I like going to AAA in the first place.
