1487 Foothill Blvd, La Verne“Today, I came in with my 2 kids to turn in some change in exchange for bills. The bank teller (female) who greeted me was very nice and helpful. She showed me how to insert the change into the change rolls and she showed me how to close the roll when it's full. As I was in the process of putting the change into the rolls I was again greeted by a gentlemen named Kiely (Kiley). He was so nice and patient with me. He went out of his way to help me count the change I had with a change counter, he then helped me add the change into the rolls. Not to mention he waited in line with me and when it was my turn he asked the teller to help me and she too was just as nice as everyone else. Oh, I forgot to mention, as I was walking to the line some of the change had fallen out of the rolls. Kiely (the gentleman) helped me pick them up and put them back into the rolls (still being patient). I started to apologize to him and he reassures me that everything was okay and not to worry about it. As I was leaving he held the door open for me and my 2 kiddos and also for people who were entering. Overall my first time experience here was AMAZING!!!! I'd definitely come back and recommend this bank to anyone. Thank you Wells Fargo members for helping me today 2/22/23. It truly meant a lot to me.”

Romero of the Laverne CA Branch on Foothill Blvd., who helped me today with a very urgent matter that had to be dealt with at once; I only learned of the emergency that morning and couldn't get an appointment online, but when Mr. Romero saw me nervously waiting for a Banker to help me, he approached me and understood immediately what needed to be done with the complex issues I faced; and he solved everything for me as quickly as possible. Not all banks have this high level of sensitivity and caring about their customers' needs, but Mr. Romero is top notch!”

“The best staff member in this place is the manager, Hana, I think her name is. Today, I witnessed a scary looking customer be so arrogant while she was with another customer while she handled it with more grace than I would have handled. Right off the bat he was rude and just waltzed right into her office like he owns the place while she was with someone else and he got snarky for no reason. The manager handled my transactions in the past and she's been nothing but kind and patient while I feel like the other employees just can't be bothered to care! Truly she's the only reason I continue to bank here. My interactions with another employee, her name starts with an M but I can't remember the whole name, I think it's something like Maya or Monica or something, are abysmal, she and another woman that works there are short with me and snarky to their boss. I would have thought that the manager was just another teller with the way they act with her. After that awful customer came in earlier, I just had to make a post. Hopefully the manager gets more staff, and better ones too, and hopefully anyone that reads this asks for Hana when doing their transactions, even though I know she gets really busy. Her professionalism is excellent, she knows her stuff.”
“I had an amazingly positive experience with Jessica today at the branch. I was being given the runaround at other branches for my name change and being told it was too long and complicated to do in office. Jessica was very kind and helpful and we had nice conversation other than banking matters. She helped us fix my name on our joint account and even make some additional changes to account that we didn't plan on but were much needed!”
“Absolutely the best in small business banking, I’ve been in business for 35 years and need a bank that specializes in dealing small businesses. I have always been treated very professional at the Laverne branch. What I like most is that when I have to call the branch they pick up, and I can talk the Representative I’m asking for.If you want to know who to talk to I have referred a few business owners to Alexandria Madrid she has been there the longest and is very experience with the bank procedures.”
