I've never come across a pharmacy that some staffs are so incompetent in taking care of their customers. The service is ridiculous. Expect to do their job for them. They give you wrong information about the status of your prescriptions. Don't follow up with you as to status of your medications.

I told a representative that I would pick up the prescription, and they said that would be OK, but they didn’t even take down the information they needed to transfer the prescriptions. They also didn’t take down my new address even though they wanted it. And it claimed that a characteristic of the address for a Vons Pharmacy in Fresno, where the medications were, didn’t exist. I then checked and it did.Their failure of working with accuracy and working at all also made me have to do my own research on a phone that was so low on power that I needed to save its energy to get home safely. I only moved to my place four days earlier.

Came here for family vaccines- very friendly staff and we were in/out pretty quick. Definitely better than driving into a medical office during these times

Vons has had continues expired food on shelves for the last 9 months, and it is getting worse! My wife and I have returned milk, yogurt, and many other consumable food items that were bad. Some of the items have been bad, although they were not expired, and many of the items were expired. For example, one item that we purchased was Nestle's Boost drink, which was expired six months ago (February 2020), and we purchased it in September. My wife drank and got sick. the things that came out of the bottle were hardened macaroni type flat, about and inch wide things that were sickening!!! Vons did not do anything to make things right, I have contacted the corporate office and even Nestle company! Shame on them!!!!

Great job especially to the Delivery Service. I was able to order everything my mother in law needs and gets it delivered by the next morning. Very helpful on the phone as well.

It's ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE when the line to check out extends all the way to the back of the store and there are only 2 cashiers And 2 employees standing behind customer service not assisting a customer when they can open up 2 more check stands and sitting there talking while we stand in line for 20 minutes to give them our money. Did they forget how they get their paychecks?

So we placed an order for 10 - 10lb bags of chicken leg quarters for pick up. We waited 45 minutes in the parking lot after calling and going inside to talk to a supervisor. Finally a supervisor named Josh came out and told us that they were unable to locate our order as the item we had ordered was out of stock. He said casually "sorry we have over a 100 orders in this time slot." Wanting to double check for myself, I went into the store and located half our order in less then a minutes time. As I was standing in line to pay, Josh walked by, so i told him, "hey Josh, I just found 5 of the bags you were out of stock in." He looked me in the eye and said "oh, good for you," and walked away. I had to ask a different employee for Vons corporate phone number. I do not recommend ever ordering from this store.

Today I specifically called to see if they had a garlic loaf I was looking for and they did but she told me I needed to be there before 5:30 cause they were closing early. I got there at 5:20 and there was a couple young workers outside saying no one could come in. I told them I called ahead and he was very rude and swinging his arms saying no . I asked him if I could speak to the manager and again said no. I went to my car and called the store. Was out on hold twice and hung up on both times. So I went to Staters Bros. Up the street and they were open and serving customers. When I got home I tried calling again today told the lady on the phone that I'm trying to get a hold of a manager she said she would but me through on line 1 right away . Then it rang and rang then someone picked it up and hung it up. I'm in shock over their customer service.

My family & I are frequent quests of this Vons, as we live up the street from it. I recently turned 21 & decided to purchase a bottle of wine for the occasion. When I was at check out, the cashier pointed out my license had expired, which I was well aware of. I had to explain to her that the DMV has extended all expired licenses from March to May of 2020, which I looked up before even heading to the store just to avoid complete foolery(LOL). She still denied this & immediately rang for her manager who I had to re-explain this situation to. Manager had replied to me saying it's their policy to not accept expired licenses. Which I completely understand, under normal circumstances, but we're far from normal right now. A friend of mine actually came into the store with me, purchased the same item as me, with no problem, even though her license was expired like mine as she was born a few days before me. We were at the check out stands at the same exact time. I had asked the manager why they accepted her expired license and not mine & she replied with "because it's you." Still trying to figure out what exactly that means! I just wish this store was up-to-date on all protocols for the pandemic

I've been ordering my cakes here for over 12 years! They are the best cakes I've ever tasted. The customer service always goes above and beyond. The Cashier's are so personable and I've also seen people cleaning (even before Covid). This is a 5 star store! That being said The bakery Manager Jessica is such an awful employee. I ordered a cake over the phone (I went in but nobody was at the bakery, that's fine) and the gentleman who took my order wrote down exactly how I wanted it Rosette, dark pink to light pink, with sprinkles. She interpreted it wrong and had the nerve to blame a fellow employee! She is incredibly rude. We all make mistakes and I would have felt A LOT better if she just apologized but she was acting like I was starting a scene in front of other customers. I feel like the store is only as strong as the weakest link and Jessica will bring the store down in the long run with her rotten tone and attitude she gives to the community.
