They never answer the phone!!

Not a single pleasant visit I made to this store.
First they say that the phone I’ve order would arrive on a specific day max and as of today it’s been 5 days since that day without any updates. Also the rep that works there gave me her phone number to give me updates on the pickup, while not answering any message. If you’re not planning to answer why give me your phone number! Another day I have came to get an update while waiting for almost 2 hours just helping a single customer, not mentioning that that process takes centuries for him to do. And today I came to check one last time, surprisingly they are closed with a sign that says “closed going for lunch” and at this time I’ve been waiting for more than an hour. Stop wasting people’s time and be professional !

I only stopped in this store to purchase a new charging cable, but walked out with a sparkly new phone- which I really did need but was putting off buying. Juan and Cesar were the most patient and kind salesmen I have ever encountered at a Verizon store.

I showed up for my appointment today at 1There's a sign on the door close till 1:45. Sorry for the inconvenience. Waited until the employee opened up.Asked if they sold SIM cards, he said yes but he wouldn't be able to activate it because the system was down.

That nice young man postponed his lunch to help me pick up two new phone chargers. I wish I'd got his name, because I would love his employers to know how delighted I am that he gave up a little of his lunch time for me.
