Target has a deal when you buy two Benadryl products you get a five dollar gift card. I grabbed an item from the end cap display and the other from the isle. Both spots had tags displaying the coupon. When I went to self check out I scanned the items and paid but it never prompted me to scan the gift card. I saw an employee by the name of Giselle. I explained to her what happened and she said unfortunately she can't help me at these registers and that I needed to go to customer service. I went to the cafe and as I was waiting Giselle came up to me and handed me the gift card and apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you Giselle for you going out of your way to help me!

I have the gift receipt. I just didn't have my ID with me and I couldn't exchange the diaper. It's not like I'm stealing anything I just need to exchange it told me there's nothing they can do for me. Never have that issue with any target besides this one. Straight garbage.

Can't complain ; the workers were nice and it was quiet but i did go in the last hour. I didn't feel rushed and they had a lot of things. Good job

This isnt a review towards the regular target employees, but more so towards one of the food service employee. I come sometimes to get pizza or pasta and lady whos short, fat with brown hair always gives an attitude. She never says hi or makes eye contact she just comes up to the counter and in her nasally voice says "anything else?" All rude. Terrible customer service from her. Next time she asks anything else w/ an attitude imma tell her to go fix her face and maybe the reason why the food is so low is cause shes eating all of it... if there was an option to do self checkout at the food department i would 100% use it just to avoid her and it makes her lose her job.

We went into this target late for a last minute Christmas gift for my son. We got to the aisle where it said the toy was and nothing was there. I asked for help from Leslie and she went above and beyond for us. She checked everywhere in the store for it and a few minutes later she came out from the back with the last one for us. She made my sons Christmas and a stress free shopping experience!
