I took my granddaughter through the drive-through after school and the guy in the drive through, that was handling that area was so extremely rude to her and I won’t be going back and honestly he needs to be retrained on how To be kind and how to treat your customers. I asked him what his name was, and he refused to give it to me.

This location has never done my customizations on my mobile orders... So disappointed in my drink today. ? I've had such a hard month and needed a mid day boost after a very early day (not even during rush). Ugh.

Clark and Brandi were FANTASTAMAZING!!!!! We were headed back to Las Vegas stopped in to get our drink on. Clark greeted us with this big smile and my daughter says 'mom he's cute and has tattoos like me" lol Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Management, you are "rocking" it!!!$ We will definitely be back!!

I spend $200-$350 every month at Starbucks. I've been to so many around so-cal and beyond. I am qualified when I say this is consistently THE WORST Starbucks location I have ever been to!!! They get orders wrong all the time, and have pretty bad and unhygienic service. Mocha is watered down, water down drinks, use a different cheap ice, throw siracha packets with food, burn food, give out cheap third party questionable sandwich wrapping paper to save on Starbucks brand packaging, handle cash with food, once tried to charge me for half-half, any cold foam drinks basically look like a glass of milk... etc. I live in La Verne and unfortunately have to go out of my way to Claremont or San-Dimas/Glendora (near Home Depot) location to avoid the mishaps. Those other locations are consistently great. I don't expect anything except consistency, at least 85% accuracy. I don't give a f if the staff doesn't hi, just get the basic order correct. Btw, I order strictly ice coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks and food. I've heard other nearby Starbucks locations complain about the la verne store for forcing traffic upon them. I avoid this place as much as possible but because it's the only drive thru in La Verne and have kids with me, I sometimes have to go to this location. Every time, I have to get my drink remade because they basically give me a cup of milk. The manager, Corey, complained to me that I always ask for my drink to be remade. I told him that his store is the only one that can't get it right. San Dimas, Claremont, and Starbucks inside Vons and Target get my drink right. He said, "we'll, I've worked at many Starbucks and this is the way that we make this drink" he refused to remake it and added "the other Starbucks shouldn't be making the drink the way you are describing and they shouldn't customize your drink" I don't want a customized drink, all I wanted was for my cold brew to be done right. Basically wasted my time at drive thru and had to drive to Starbucks , Claremont. If corporate cares about their customers, they really should reconsider their management of this location.

I purchased 15 gift cards for my wife to give to her coworkers , I got home and saw that 8 gift cards were missing . My wife reached out to the store and someone called Regina said they must have fallen out and the manager Corey will call us . Fast forward and we don't hear back so we reach out to Corporate who are shocked to hear how we are being treated by this location.Bottom line is don't trust anyone at this location , they are either pocketing the gift cards or dropping them on their side of the counter! I am including my receipt and all we wanted was the gift cards that we did not have to be either credited or replace them accordingly!

Was given a sausage sandwich when ordering a plant-based protein. Employee was bothered by my upset and distress when I reported the consumption of carcass in my order and body. I’ve been plant-based for over 10 years and it’s disgusting to see such a lack of compassion and consideration. This location has gone down so much over the years.

It’s about 7pm on Saturday the 4th, and I just gotta give a shout-out to my man Clark. They had just completed a crazy rush of customers, but Clark was enthusiastic and just amazing. The other staff that were there that night were amazing as-well, they just flowed together really well. Good to see, that vibe among coworkers still exists!!

First off they didn't have any of the ingredients for the drinks I wanted to order. Then I was stuck in the line for 20-30 min after that with only 3 cars in front of me. I ended up just ordering 2 venti waters, 1 tall water, and 3 pupichinos and they couldn't even get that right. I received 3 grande waters and 2 pupichinos. Do better it wasn't even busy today.
