Called, and the girl who answered said, "I don't know how long the wait is and I'm not in front of the computer." 2 problems, no solutions. She was not happy there and not the kind of person/team I'd want cutting my hair.

This lady Vita does not know how to cut hair at all. I asked for a simple cut 3 all the way around the top and an undercut. She’s dancing on my head with her trimmers like a child and even bounced it hard on my head twice. When I stop mid way to tell her the lines on my head look off she’s telling me it’s my hat. 30 years of haircuts and this is the worst, even after plenty of times wearing a hat. Don’t let her touch your hair.Oh and also the worst mustache trim of my life. No scissors, just a machine and comb. Looks super uneven and sloppy.Service: Haircut

The staff are kind of rude every time we come here , We choose the first available stylist and we always get someone that looks like they would literally want to be anywhere else. My son got a really bad haircut on our most recent visit.I don't think I'll be taking him back.

Jeff nailed it again!! I live in San Diego and a girl there screwed up my hair. Jeff swooped in and saved me. 6/5 would recommend. I may come down to LA Verne just to get Jeff's services.

Worst haircut I have ever got by far!!! So disappointed because I would have been a regularI felt like I was in an over priced barber college, they just wanted to move on to the next customer and make there numbers! Save your money!!!

Sport clips is local. So I decided to take my boys for haircuts. When I walked in not even a hello. Had a bad experience. The attitude was very ugly. Marisa was one of them. Wasn't able to get the other girls name. Won't be bringing my boys again!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had.I walked in with my son and smiled and said hello to the lady at the front. She didn't even acknowledge me and when I asked her if there was an opening for a haircut she just pointed to the screen. I filled out my info and she just disappeared.Ten minutes later a lady named Marissa came out. She didn't greet us nor did she say anything the entire haircut. She frowned and anytime my son moved she stopped and looked at him like he was an idiot. Not to mention that had the news on super loud the entire time. I thought this was sports clips? What happened to having sports on TV?

First off I want to make it very clear that the majority of the girls that work here are very professional and are awesome at what they do. However today's incident leaves a very bad taste with me and this location due to the actions and comments of one individual. Today was supposed to be a fun day for my son and I, we both went out to get our haircuts today now that he's wanting to get one. Last time we were at sports clips I was able to pay for his hair to be shampooed after his haircut at another kids specific barber. Today however our experience was horrible from start to finish. My son is a 3 1/2 year old so the gm and owner who will eventually read this I encourage you to review your security footage in regards to what I'm about to describe. I requested Ashley as she has previously done a great haircut on me and I didn't believe I would have any issues with her based on my previous experience. When I was first seated in the chair I asked Ashley if it was okay if my son sat in the seat next to us as it was just he and I. She allowed it and my son was watching videos on my phone and had his drink with him. Ashley began to small talk which kept coming back to how busy they were and how she hasn't been able to take her lunch. This wasn't an issue as I felt it was just small talk but eventually it became evident she was annoyed to have to service me or any one else. During the haircut I asked if she could shampoo my sons hair as we did the last time we were at sports clips. This when she outright refused and claimed I had to check him in and he'd be at the back of the line, followed by she was so busy and wouldn't do it herself, and lastly from this point forward she had a real sour vibe. I didn't feel like my ask was a major inconvenience due to having previously done this and it being only a quick shampoo of his hair while I was also getting my mvp wash. But she refused and I left it there. During the haircut my son would walk back from me to the chair he was sitting in so I could open/close his drink for him. This entire time my son had not been running around the store or climbing all over items. At one point my son dropped my phone and I'm assuming the barbers cover from the chair he was sitting on on the floor as an accident. We then went back to do my shampoo and Ashley said my son could join us in the back which he did and say right next to me with zero issues. At the end of the shampoo my son indicated he needed to go to the restroom to pee which I also let Ashley know so I could take him. This took no longer than 2-3 minutes. Once we were out we went back to chair and Ashley began to finish up. My son walked up to me and playful hit my leg and no one else's. This prompted Ashley to make a very unprovoked or warranted comment that my son needs to better behave in the store. This is when I felt I had enough and stopped the haircut. While this was happening my som standing the empty barber chair placed his hands on the arm rest to which Ashley directly told my son not to do and motioned towards him as she was going to grab him. That is when I got up and called her out on the unprofessional comments and action directed towards my son. Thought my son didn't stand perfectly still in one place his behavior was very well and certainly didn't warrant the negative comments and attitude. As we walked over to pay, Ashley began to engage in more directed verbal allegations against my son and I. Now we were being accused of intentionally holding Ashley up from taking her break when that most certainly wasn't the case. Due to her continued attitude and behavior towards my son and I, I requested to speak to the manager Marissa and explained the situation. Though she agreed with that her actions were unprofessional and out of line, I didn't agree with her corrective course of action with "I'll have a talk with her". That is when I asked for contact information to the general manager or franchise owner in order to make sure this issue is
