I experienced great customer service from Dina At the Pomona facility. She was very accommodating, polite and concise. The office was very clean and tidy, and the grounds were clean as well.
Update: just upgraded to a larger unit and the process was seamless and extremely pleasant. A1 customer service at this facility.

Easy process! I signed up online, went in and Eric took care of everything else. Eric is knowledgeable and very helpful regarding everything we needed to know! There are a couple of things I love about this place, first they have a wide area for you to park and unload and I love that! The other thing is that it's open every day of the year. Amazing right!

Obtaining my storage unit was easily accomplished online. My new rate is significantly less than what I’m paying now at another facility and the new unit is larger 9x14 the previous unit was 10x5.
Dina (front office) was very pleasant and professional when setting up my account. She walked me to my unit and ensured that my unit was ready for me

Scam! They started me off at $180 for a 10x10 in February then jacked it up to $275 in August.

This place is neat, clean and the people are very friendly and helpful. We've been customers for years and it was very convenient to access our space. Ending our rental agreement was also easy and Dina made sure everything was great! Would do business with again.
