While I will say Chad has always been polite and pleasant I am not happy with the Mohawk floor they installed. It’s been 6 years since it was put in. Shortly thereafter he had to return as gaps appeared by kitchen. Eventually liquid floor cleaner fell off chair and spilled. I cleaned it up right away. Next morning had warped board edges. Though the following year noticed numerous board edges lifting in several locations. Had another visit where I had to pay for repair of the damaged area from spill. I asked Chad politely to file a claim with Mohawk. He brushed me off saying they will blame it on installer, waste of time. Went back to Mohawk for the 8th time and finally had a rep reach out to Simpson floor, this time she spoke to Ed who assured it would be taken care of and claim would be submitted. No such luck, tried calling numerous times, rep also tried calling numerous times, no luck. I support mom and pop shops but after this will be going to Home Depot or Lowes where they back their products. Extremely disappointed. Would never recommend them.Service: Install flooring

Have had a problem with a laminate flooring since shortly after installation. Had Chad out several times, once at the cost of over $400 to replace boards that were damaged within minutes of floor cleaner spilling out of bottle. Chad was very nice, no complaints there. When I asked him to help me file a claim with Mohawk he told me it was a waste of time, they blame everything on installers. Have tried for 6 years to get a claim through Mohawk. Finally one of the Mohawk reps called Simpson and talked to Ed who told her he'd take care of filing warranty claim. Never called me or did anything. In fact I called about a week later and several times after, went to generic voicemail and no response ever. Finally Mohawk again reached out and got the same thing. Still going in circles with Mohawk. If Simpson did what I asked in the beginning maybe this would be resolved. Floor is still having warped edges showing up. No idea who Ed is, but Chad lost my business and faith by dropping the ball. I am learning not to support the local business and go to Home Depot or Lowes in the future. These guys might be great if you don't have problems but if you do watch out.

Got our entire house done with vinyl plank flooring. Chad and Brian were awesome guys and were super efficient. Ed was also great and handled all the business side. I highly recommend Simpson for any flooring job that you have.

Simpson Floor Covering, Inc. was recommended to me by some friends who had repair and new flooring work done by them. I was not disappointed! They did a fabulous job of weaving new flooring and replacing old laminate floor boards for a beautiful seamless floor. I totally recommend this company for any of your flooring needs. They are pros and flooring gurus! They were able to schedule the work quickly and were professional, prompt, and courteous.

This company has their own installers and do a great job at reasonable prices. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. We have used them twice. Great job both times

Bryan was on time and very professional. I personally wanted him to do floorboards the easy way, but he insisted that he do them another at the corners. I am glad he did them that way, looks way better the way he did them. I will recommend them for sure.

Simpson FloorCovering is an excellent business. The owners of the company is so professional and very down to earth! My family had the front room floor done in a beautiful wood flooring. Then a couple of weeks ago, we had both our rooms carpeted by Simpson. What a job well done! This family business is fantastic! Our next project is scheduled to be done by Simpson as well! Can't wait! Thanks for a beautiful, professional, and honest job well done guys...!!!

We just had flooring installed by Simpson's Floor Covering and are extremely happy with the results. This company is professional & expert at what they do. We had vinyl flooring and carpet installed by them with new baseboards and the result is beautiful. It is a family business and they have integrity, do exactly what they promise and are very responsive to the customer, which was a major requirement for us when were shopping around for estimates. They arrived on time and worked really hard. The job was done in three days (carpet for three bedrooms, vinyl planks in living & dining room, family room, kitchen and hallway). They moved the furniture and replaced it & left the work area clean when they were done. On top of all of that, they are a really nice, decent family. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable business that knows what they are do

I’ve known Ed for years. I’ve seen the show room and it’s impressive with all the options and expertise they offer. However, that isn’t the most impressive part of Simpson Floor Covering... it’s the trust. I trust that they will do what is needed to get the job done right and I trust Ed and his sons!

Ed was wonderful to work with along with his two sons. We had a very clear understanding of what needed to be accomplished and a time line. We together planned our time line and completed our hard wood flooring, double staircase and carpeting. Communication was most important for me and they exceeded my expectations. I love our finished product of our home and we had no issues with planning or installation. Very very happy with Simpson Flooring work. Highly recommend them to anyone.
