“It is a nice shopping area! This strip mall is located in City of Industry, on Valley Boulevard. There are several establishments, located in this strip mall. It includes the Pho Hoa Noodle Soup, iGrill, New Kim Tar, Superior Wok, Flame Broiler, La Michoacana, and several others. Furthermore, there is a Superior Grocers store, and a branch of Wells Fargo bank. So definitely, if anyone is in City of Industry, I would recommend to stop by this area!”

“Glendora Village or as I call it the Old Town is a beautiful place just to wander about and spend the afternoon. Everyone is friendly and it is like a throwback to the Past. You can sit on a bench and people walking by will say hello. No one's in a big hurry. I love going up there every chance I get. The shops are amazing and the Proprietors are all really great people. Very warm and friendly or at least the ones I've been in have impressed me. If you ever get to Glendora you need to visit Glendora Village and see the beautiful trees that are well maintained. I called them Smurf tree cuz they write remind me of the Smurf houses that I used to see on TV when my children watch cartoons. It touches my heart to see such beautiful trees lining the streets of our beautiful city. Hats off to the men who go around and keep them well shape.”

“The food and the service were great. We went for lunch and each entree came with a Thai iced tea and a side salad. All the food was tasty and great. I definitely recommend this place for lunch.”

“Customer service is great. Really like going here accept for wishing the store was bigger it's overall neat and friendly. Plus it's located in the Eastland center so you can shop around in the plaza dollartree,target,Walmart, ross etc. Great for a day of window shopping or shopping ?”

“It was great to see the strip mall so busy! Kotsu and Show Sushi bring in the crowds. I'm always there for UPS (and Starbucks, to be honest), but I have to admit I'm curious what the food fuss is about. The mall is clean, parking is usually pretty good, and the traffic light at the West end makes for a smooth entry onto Arrow going either way.”

“Great selection of stores. Difficult to find stores. When I drive by the front of the stores the signs were too high to see from my vehicle. When I drove on the street the signs were too small to read. Signs on the store glass or nearby posts would have helped.”

“The visit was ok. There were a group of employees taking a break. Sat near us and started smoking. Find that to be rude. I thought there was a rule of no smoking near the doors of dining establishments. Guess it changed.”

“I've only gone to Target in this center and everytime usually on Thursdays in morning before 9. It's quiet and dead in there which is great. Use self checkout and never had to wait. In and out in a second and noticed they have a water dispenser for water bottles which is pretty cool.”
