I am so disappointed! I just had to say something. I'll start by saying I did check this business' reviews before I chose to do business. Mr. Ray was courteous and had a whole lot to say about wanting to earn my business. He stated that he conducted a diagnostic test to find out what the issue was with my vehicle along with asking me detailed questions about my vehicle. I distinctly requested that if there were extensive issues with my car I didn't want to have any service. Long story short I got hood winked, bamboozled, and led a stray! If there was in fact a diagnostic test done he should have seen the issue with the motor. Respectfully!

This person doesn't know how to Fix cars he just gessing I had an issue with my car he made me spend 600 dollars and the car did not got fix I came back and he wanted me to spend more money and I just walked away Just for my visit I saw an other customer complaining his car did not fix right He just taking people's money He lies to people I went to an other mechanic shop and they fix my car right And it was nothing to do with What he did to my car Vey bad business Ray auto repair In la Verne ca

I paid a lot of money, got new tires replaced and brakes done, they also did some work on my front end. But one of the reasons I brought my car to them in the first place still wasn’t fixed.I had to bring my car back 3 times, once to get re balanced, and the other to tell me that he didn’t know. No to mention an alignment wasn’t even done the first time.So in my personal opinion go somewhere else for mechanical issues and only come here for simple stuff. Like an oil change or brakes.2 Week Update: now each time I make a durn something squeaks on my front end & sounds like it’s rubbing. He absolutely messed up my car! Don’t come here!!!!!

Paid a lot of money. Got new tires and brakes and they did some work on the front end. Brought my car back 3 separate times after that because my car was still giving me the same issue (which was the reason I brought it in) all for him to say he doesn't know. But at least they did the oil change & brakes good? I think So in summary take your car somewhere else for any mechanical issues.

Ray is a dependable mechanic. You need it and he can fix it, that's quality. The rates of value are pretty spot on for certain things a little more for certain things a little little bit gets it done in a timely manner or whenever you need.

Ray has helped me out twice now. He is MORE THAN fair and good at what he does. And he genuinely concerned of my safety in my car. This is a little shop in LA Verne well worth going the distance for his services. He and the young man that works for him really seemed to have integrity. I highly recommend you give him a try. I'll be going back too.
