I didn't know he had other types of paper. It was brought to my attention that I needed more. What i did not know I WANTED was the TEXTURED PAPER he offered called LINEN. My resume was printed on LINEN guys. Check the photo for reference.I then confidently handed my resume to a future employer. I felt professional, detailed and elegant. Usually single prints are $0.25 cents each. The linen paper was worth $0.50 cents each. I Left paying $1.00 total.Steve was so happy to help me, never treats me like I'm wasting his time. No matter how small the inquiry, he will produce the work. I Keep coming back because his customer service stands out.Thank you Courier Printing”

“I visited in early July of 2024.

There is plenty of parking out front. The business to the very south wasn't open so that allowed even more places to park. I was greeted and helped immediately. I had to complete a live scan. The person that helped me was professional and courteous. The live scan costs about $65 and took less than 15 minutes.

The business wasn't crowded at all, although there was people coming and out to check their mailboxes.

Overall, a positive customer experience and an apparent good place to have a P O Box as well.

“This place is great. I've been a customer for 7 years. I have all my business mail delivered here and have never had an issue. Every time I go in for a personal matter or to make an Amazon return, the staff is friendly and no packages have ever been lost. The owner is a good person and on top of his staff. I was shocked to see some of these other reviews here, but I think sometimes people conflate a problem that might be more specifically related to UPS in general with just this specific store, which is sad to see. From my perspective you can confidently do business with this location and have a great experience.”

“Floor staff immediately came and asked if I needed help, which I did. Walked me over to exactly what I needed and showed me to some options, the name brand I was looking for AND their own store brand. I bought one of each! Cashier greeted me, asked if I was a rewards member (I am) and keyed in my phone number. Very speedy service and helpful, friendly staff. I was happily pleased with my visit to the La Verne store on this day. Thank you.
