“My buddy and I were driving to big Bear when his BMW blew a Fuel pump controller on the highway and we had it towed here. They were super helpful and gave us a free print out of all the codes and were able to deduce the problem within what seems like only a few minutes. We live out of town and my friend ended up using AAA to get it towed to his own mechanic because we were unable to stay in town, but Eric the manager was super nice and allowed us to park the car at the shop overnight, everyone there was extremely Helpful. They never try to upsell you on repairs you don't need and if something can wait a few thousand miles, Mark will let you know. I commented on that once and he said that he lives in the community and he wouldn't feel right about overcharging or upselling someone he might run into at the grocery store. They will always be my first call when something needs work.”
