I reach out to Mickey's Jewelry and texted with Micky the owner, where i mentioned I was looking for a gold chain gift for my partner. As soon as I mentioned "partner" I never heard back from her. I followed up a few times but a month went by and I never heard from her. I know my messages have been read and she is just ignoring me. Micky knew I was counting on her so you think she would have said anything like, we can't help you but instead she just read but not responded to my emails. This was for a very special occasion. Terrible customer service. Don't buy from someone who is like the this. I never wish this on anyone but I do hope this business fails.

I cannot even begin to express how wonderful Micky was with the stressful process of picking out an engagement ring. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was amazing and we got exactly what we envisioned and more. You won't regret giving this place a try.

Have been here several times to have watch batteries replaced and they have always been friendly and helpful. They offer a warranty with their batteries and so far have not had a problem. Definitely would recommend!

I love the atmosphere, elegant open lots of natural light. The jewelry is beautiful and there is something for every price point! Mickey and John are as professional as they come and offer over the top customer service to their clients. They do repairs, special orders and custom designs as well as offering a beautiful array of jewelry in stock.

I had a wonderful experience with Micky and John. Amazing customer service and I am so pleased with how beautiful my ring came out. Attached is the before and after picture of my ring. The ring was passed down to me from my mother in law. It had never been cleaned, it had 1 accent diamond missing, prongs broken, it was too big so it needed to be resized, it also had a separate accent band with it so we needed it soldered. We also decided to upgrade the center stone to a 1/2 ct. as you can see in the pictures, Micky did a beautiful job! The gold was nicely polished, it looks brand new! The ring fit perfect! The band was nicely United to the ring, a brand new prong set to hold the new 1/2ct stone, and the missing diamond was replaced. Such a beautiful job, she truly brought my ring to life and gave it a wonderful makeover! Thank you Micky & John, i am beyond happy!!!

I had learned about Micky's Jewelry Studio from their online presence. Love their posts and the jewelry they make is stunning. I had moved here a couple years ago and hadn't found my new local jeweler yet. I received a diamond ring that seems too good to be true. My boyfriend and I wanted to make sure it was real so I brought it to them to look at. Honestly it feels weird bringing jewelry in that wasn't purchased from them but I needed an opinion from someone who knows their stuff and is trustworthy. They greeted me with kindness and happily cleaned and inspected my new gem. They didn't make me feel awkward at all for bringing something that wasn't purchased there. The ladies were very sweet and showed excitement for me as I found out the diamond was in fact genuine. I will recommend this jeweler to anybody that is looking for one. They made me feel comfortable and took care of me. Thank you and can't wait to go back for all my jewelry needs.

Before actually shopping for an engagement ring, I looked into the popular online sites like Blue Nile and James Allen. I read about Inclusions, Color and felt I had a handle of what is needed to make a diamond purchase. When I got serious, I went to Jared, Robbin Bros and even other local jewelers first. At all of these places I was asked to choose a ring immediately and got pitched VERY fast for a figure that was well above what I had researched. It felt like I was wasting their time that I was even talking instead of buying to be honest. Basically, I found they all had considerable mark up, viewed me as a commission and I walked out within 15 minutes.When I went to Micky's I was very surprised to find Micky didn't try to push me into anything and asked more questions about what styles I liked, not what was on sale or what the current special was. When I eventually found a ring style I liked, she went through some options and I was shocked the cost of both lab grown and natural diamonds were actually less expensive than any place I had researched - by a considerable amount! I felt that Micky took the time and effort to find the right stone and ring for my situation and offered it at a fair price. I certainly recommend them to everyone I can.
