My mom had a bad experience with MD Lab. The technician was incompetent and unprofessional. She came, poked my mom's both arms and couldn't get her blood test taken. I called to report the incident and they wouldn't even let me speak with the supervisor.

I have had 4 Covid PCR test done here as a Kaiser member & turn around was 18, 16 & 14 hours! Test results are emailed to you in a PDF which you can then email to your Kaiser Doctor! Today, 05/209/2022, I waited 5 minutes to get tested! Avoid line at Baldwin Park & use this Kaiser contact lab!

I went Lab around noon. Today My Experience was really awesome. There were 3 other people but staff was very organized in every step let us wait on corner after it was less than 7 min process. The Fastest PCR Test ever . Of course I have insurance card and order Ready

I came here May 25th 2022 with my 4 year old son there were only 2 people ahead of us. I filled out the form with my personal information and the nurse made a copy of my DL and kaiser insurance card. Its May 31st and still no results and my child's school will not allow him to return without a negative test result. I'm contacting Kaiser today to notify them since their banner advertises they accept Kaiser insurance. Complete waste of my time. Feels like a scam operation.

This place scams it's patients. I would strongly recommend that Doctors not use this lab. They have made a regular practice of receiving full payment from insurance companies then aggressively calling patients claiming that the insurance did not pay them. They have done this to me multiple times and to other patients of the Doctor that I go to.

If I could give them a negative 100, I would. They lost my dads lab request, but drew the blood. No results. Soooo irresponsible! Supervisor, Reyna called back with an attitude. "You have our number, you should know who we are!" What, the?!?! Not apologetic about loosing my dad's labs. Who does that?!?! You're a lab! That's what you do! It's your job!

I almost didn't go here because of bad reviews, but my husband used them with success so I went also. When I went, there was no wait, paperwork was minimal and easy, and the test was administered correctly by a very nice man. Results 14 hours later. I think maybe they were overwhelmed a month ago, which is understandable. I'd absolutely recommend them.

Don't go here for testing very unprofessional my result said positive and negative in the same part and when I ask them they said positive for my husband and I, went to fairplex and did another test and came back negative

This place is a SCAM. RUN AWAY. I asked how long it would be to get results, they said 48 hours. It has now been more than 5 days. I also found out I actually had a family member go there TWO WEEKS AGO and just TODAY received an email from them. The email didn't even say their results, it said "results pending". How is a COVID test from two weeks ago going to be accurate? Furthermore, when the employees were taking the PCR samples, they did not take them correctly. One employee only took a sample from one nostril, and tickled the outside for only 3 second. Another employee did both nostrils, but didn't even go deep enough or did it long enough to get the right sample. If I pick my nose with my thumb, I can probably go deeper than they did. This place is probably just a front to collect insurance money. DO NOT COME HERE.
