From the moment I walked in until I left, I felt that customer satisfaction was #1 on their list. Mo was the represenative that helped me out. He was sensitive to issues and has outstanding product knowledge. I feel like I made a good decision and that Mo helped me find the correct mattress for me. If you are in the market for a mattress I highly recommend checking these guys out.

As a former store manager I know what it takes to have good employees. The two gentlemen that helped me were superior!! They were knowledgeable, gave me their undevided attention and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and I got the products I needed!! They were pleasant and very gracious!! These skills are unfortunately lacking in our retail environment today so it was really an enjoyable experience!!Mary Barker- Haas

Kevin was very knowledgeable. I had called earlier that day and told him what I needed. And because I was a returning customer it was easier to get what I needed and wanted. However, he made it easier answering my questions. He was very pleasant and easy to asked questions. Thank you

Nice guys. Nice mattress. We got the Sealy posture pedic plus+ hybrid, I think lol. The bed is very comfortable and we found Mattress Firm to have the best sale and finance deal we could find. At least at the time of our purchase, this was the best bet. Happy shopping.

The mattress we purchased 6 weeks ago did not workout. I returned to the store to return the old mattress and purchase another one. Clarence was so helpful and did not pressure me into making a decision either way! He was pleasant and professional and a pleasure to work with in choosing a better option!

Jeffrey was very friendly, helpful and patient when helping us find the perfect mattress. He has great customer service and very informative. I would highly recommend coming to them for your next mattress purchase. There is also plenty of parking.
