In order to get on here I had to give 1 star not worth it. This place is a joke, recommended by a neighbor, after searching and looking I went. I asked not to have my dog cut so short now looks like. A skinny rat, was very winner not normal for him. I noticed too late the damage they did. He was cut TOO close to the skin was red , under his arm was cut bleeding red and raw his chest area was red and we have not slept the last 2 nights with the constant itching and wining by his tail it’s all red and raw. I will NEVER EVER TSKE MY FUR BABY HERE . I don’t mind spending HARD earned money but when they fq up my dog it’s not worth it I will go else where .. I DONOT RECCOMEND THIS HELL HOLE!!

Very happy every time I come here to Kates Pet Depot in La Verne Grooming .Today again fabulous service in the grooming Dept by Josiah. Josiah is a very nice caring friendly gentleman who gave my fur baby named Napoleon a shampoo bath and style. Every associate working here is always kind and caring. I always look forward to my next visit to Kates Pet Depot in La Verne .

My baby girl always comes from the groomer looking her and smelling her best. She is always trimmed just the right amount and her cut is never choppy.

Today was the first time I ever had my dog professionally groomed. She is a 6 month standard poodle & had TONS of hair. The groomer Amber did such an amazing job & did exactly what I asked for & more! I cannot thank her enough! My dog smells so good & her fur feels so much better! Thank you so much :)
