First, they completed a more routine project insetting stones for me. Second, they designed a custom pendant based upon a photo I provided. This was not a common design & entailed complexity. Both jobs were first-class work and completed in a timely manner. To top it off, the owners are simply delightful!”

The customization was second-to-none, and Patrick's a magician at his craft. When I lost my diamond they claimed my warranty was “voided” and was going to charge $1000.00 for a 1/10 diamond. John repaired that same ring for under $100. They have won my business for life!”
