I am disabled, and Jake's let's me call from my car and they bring my carton of smokes out to me. Very disability friendly.

Got a phenomenal deal on a hookah that came with everything needed to get started. I was told that "if the hookah doesn't smoke like a train" to bring it back. It smokes like a wildfire. A bowl lasted 5 hours with me and a friend. Definitely coming back.

Great Stuff, Honest Owner, Good prices. I'm always greeted when walking in and treated amazing! When Bang Vape when out of business he was sure to save my a box of my favorite flavor (without me asking or knowing) until I came to get my next vape! The best.

I came here for pipe tobacco for a Christmas gift. Specifically I needed cherry flavored. They were out of stock on it but they had some other "cavendish" stuff that smelled good, so I got it. The gentleman who helped me was kind and friendly. Also, he carded me and acted shocked when he saw that I was born in the 70s. So, that was cool. If they had had what I needed, I would give them 5 stars. Parking was plentiful and easy. It's next to a Starbucks and just off the 210 freeway. Nice area. Not creepy at all --I mention this because sometimes sketchy people hang outside smoke shops.

The owner is super friendly & extremely helpful!My fiancé and I went in last night to buy a hookah and we left with everything we needed! He gave us a great deal & even showed us how to set everything up! We went back today for more of the hookah tobacco! I highly recommend this shop! We’ll be back!

Huge shoutout for him because I can be in and out of the store in less than a minute, which is crucial while i’m on a 30 minute lunch break.Tons of different vape flavors, glassware, and so much more. Don’t bother going to other places, you’ll get rude people who don’t care about you or their product. Jake or one of his people will take great care of you here.
