“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

“Tried Verizon home internet to get the military discount which I applied for through ID me and then after my third month Verizon tells me I can only get the military discount if I have a Verizon phone line. Such false advertising by a big company. Disgusting! So I wouldn't miss any recording time. I went to the T-Mobile store to get my new 5G home internet router for T-Mobile home internet, so I didn't want to take it a chance on shipping because my Verizon expires on November 3rd. Brought the unit home. Got it set up and now I'm back on T-Mobile 5G home internet! Take that Verizon. You think you're going to keep me as a customer after you misrepresent the discount?! Besides T-Mobile is faster & more reliable!”

He just barreled through the process without consulting me. I expressed my frustration and he just disconnected everything and said he was going to get someone else to help me and walked away. Trust me, that experience was enough to make me put a 1 star on this review. But the manager did his due diligence to try and understand and make me happy. He listened to my concerns about the previous rep as well as my phone. He took the time to explain the processes and give his opinion about the different products I was working with. He was helpful.”

“We have Spectrum for our internet and cable TV in a very-reasonably-priced bundle offered to residents where we live. We had to make a change to our cell service provider, Verizon, because the monthly charges were exorbitant. We had been with Verizon for probably 20 years, through the years of several lines with teenagers in the house and now are down to one line because my husband's phone is provided by his employer. Spectrum Mobile is available to present internet/cable customers for a fraction of what we have been paying monthly. Apparently, Spectrum uses Verizon's cell towers, and the coverage seems fine.We also used this change to purchase a new iPhone. We were seen promptly and wanted to compliment the young man, ERICK HERNANDEZ, who assisted us in the changeover and purchase/transfer of our new iPhone. He was patient, friendly, and helpful on both occasions we met with him. He is definitely an asset to Spectrum Mobile!”
