Very dingy run down looking retail store. Outside lots of trash, dirty windows, doors and walls haven't been painted in well over a decade. Homeless people with their filth hanging out in front begging, and staff doesn't move them along.Interior lighting is horrible. The pharmacy counter has chipped and delapitated counter tops for you to stare at while waiting in a super long line as workers move slower than snails.Half the pharmacy employess are Chinese and all wear face masks, so even if you have really good hearing, you can't hear what they are saying.Bottom line:About as awful as going to the DMV. I would rather be trapped inside a Walmart in hell than go inside this store again.

My Personal Physician put in an order for medication during the start of the week. The pharmacy received the order & stated they could not give me the medication until the weekend on Saturday. I call in Saturday morning & the pharmacist tells me they are out of the medication & that's it's been back ordered for months. The pharmacy should have notified me earlier of this. This pharmacy is not reliable & I would not trust getting my medication filled &/or refilled here.

The service here is the worst I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. The things you have to do to get someone on the phone are ridiculous. Menu after menu , 15 min on hold only to have them hang up on you, twice ! Then I called back the next day, same thing. Click 1 for this 2 for that etc...it went on & on for 10 to 15 min. Press 0 for an operator. Yeah right, you get put on hold and then ...dialtone. the bastards hang up on you ! I'm transferring ALL my prescriptions somewhere else !

I’ve been this CVS pharmacy customer for over 25 years and always I came out of there happy customer. The pharmacist Joe Helou is a big plus for CVS organization I hope they appreciate him and one of the reasons that kept me there is Joe.

Although the store itself is a older building, they have managed to have good lighting well stocked shelves, a nice variety. They do have some food and beverages but not too much. They do have a pharmacy inside, although I have yet to use that one. Plenty of parking handicap parking in front. They have a photo department there a staff that I have run into so far has been friendly.

To the manager of the pyrmacy the he/him pyrmacist who is working tonight and closed on 3/10/23 who answered my call at 8:30 pmWas utterly rude and unhelpfulIt was dishearting to be honest.medical/pyrmacy industry workers who only project negativity toward physically/mentally sick people who litterly come to you for HELP is disgusting and if you don't like your job then find a new one...because this one ain't it. You coming to work just to make people feel worst about the situation they are in. Do you understand that you acting rude/unhelpful towards people who are on the brink of maybe a life changing situation isn't very human of you. I understand that we have bad days but if you are out here treating people like this everyday? If so sir please venture on a new career path and make room for a person who wants to actually help and heal the community.

I went to my doctor today and I usually go to a different cvs but I sent it to this one. I go in and they don't have all 3 of my prescriptions. So I have her call my doctors and while she is doing it this old lady with brown hair who isn't even a pharmacist is giving me attitude and belittling me saying we don't have it that I'm wrong. So after the phone call says it's going to be 1 hour for my other 2 prescriptions cause they only had one I come back 2 hours later and they still don't have them ready saying they don't have them on file when I just went through this whole process already. Save your time go to another pharmacy. Don't trust these people with your medicine. Take your business elsewhere.

Don't ever use their pharmacy delivery service. They never take responsibility for any lost or undelivered medication. They make you pay out of pocket for it. So don't be surprised if you get stuck with a 1,000 dollar bill. I've never heard of a business that does not take responsibility for their delivery especially that they advertise for it and make it available on their website. Never mind the fact that they have already charged you and your insurance for the medicine. Corporate greed at its best. No wonder they get a two star rating for customer satisfaction. Having said so, the bright spot is Joe Helou. Very bright and helpful pharmacist and the only reason I still go there.

The Staff is usually willing to help, and they have a very large selection of everything you could need. The service is slow, and CVS self check out machines make me more upset then anything else!

Very disappointing service... enough to leave a bad review.The customer service I experienced here was terrible. I asked for assistance on a coupon I received recently from T-Mobile for a free magnet and I was completely given incorrect instructions and told to complete this online... when this ended up requiring me to download an app & completing my order on there.. The two ladies in the front were very rude when I asked for help & then after I placed the order one of them yelled at me asking when I had placed the order, when I asked how long it would take to print.. both women had rude and sarcastic responses. The same lady who yelled at me on the front and prepared my order/ magnet didn't even make it right half of the photo is not even sticking to the magnet Just disappointing, don't expect help from here.. will not be coming here again.

This cvs is just a poor excuse of customer service. They are all rude and just completely ignorant. The pharmacy is the worst part. They will lie to you and tell you they don't have your prescription but it is really because they haven't checked none of the medicines being sent electronically to them because of stupid a** covid vaccines. Like it makes no sense people can't get their meds on time if God forbid someone went to get a covid vaccine.

I want to give kudos for employee Alex, who assisted me last week at CVS store in La Verne. Alex assisted multiple customers simultaneously with Moneygram, self check out, photos, in addition to assisting customers at the register. He had multiple customers asking questions at once and maintained a kind, helpful and pleasant demeanor. I complimented him on his ability to multitask. I had a stressful day, and it was so nice to be greeted by Alex who was so friendly and kind!!! He showed patience with all the customers he encountered and was always helpful!
