My husband and I visited because, as you can guess, we were in need of a new mattress. We were warmly greeted by Paul as we walked through the door and he was so kind in helping us find the perfect mattress for us. Although we didn't end up buying a mattress at all, I would definitely recommend this place because they're family owned and the service is top notch.

Paul, the owner, is extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and efficient. He definitely caters the mattress choice to the needs of each individual customer. He provides affordable pricing for ordinary folks. We can highly recommend Cost Plus Mattress.

Bought headboard brackets that I called about *twice* before ordering to confirm they were the right ones for my frame. Was told twice that these were what I needed. When I finally went to install them, discovered that the frame was not built to the proper spec and the brackets will not fit. Customer service said they wouldn't accept a return since it had been more than 30 days, even though THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG BRACKETS TO BEGIN WITH! Terrible quality control. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

My wife and I had been looking for a very firm mattress as it would help with our back issues. We had gone to stores to try out several brand mattresses. The firm or extra firm ones were not that as well as expensive. We were driving and my wife saw the Cost plus discount mattress sign and we decided to go in. I didn't expect much. I was not correct at all. Mo greeted us and gave us his full attention without all the blah blah blah sales pitches. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately showed us two true extra firm inner coil mattresses. We liked one that was grey instead of the typical white. My wife wanted it even more firm and Mo told us that they actually manufacture their mattresses and could add more padding to it to add firmness. Just Give them a week and the mattress would be delivered. We ordered it and to our amazement, it was ready and delivered four days later. It is very firm and we sleep so well with less back pain due to the even support. The price was much less than many other mattresses we saw. That they readily offered to customize it and accomplished this as promised , for us is unheard of. We are very satisfied.

When I called Paul was able to look up my order from 8 or 9 years ago to get me the same Mattress that I bought before. I called for a quote, he asked if it needed to be delivered and I said yes. He sent a confirmation email about the details. I was able to pay over the phone He told me in 3 days it would be delivered and it was. They were on time, friendly and quick to remove the old one. I appreciated that he remembered me. I highly recommend this Mattress store and they sell furniture too.

Moe helped me find the right mattress and box spring for a guest bedroom. A large box store failed twice to deliver the correct order. Moe had the correct order delivered in seven days. And I believe the mattress is better quality. He did everything he promised!

I definitely recommend checking this place out if you need a bed. I purchased a Diamond latex mattress and am very satisfied with it! Paul is a great guy and really knows his stuff. His drivers are also extremely professional and quick - the day they delivered my bed, it took them less than 15 minutes to bring it inside my house and set the frame up!

We are very happy with our new adjustable bed frame. We have a platform bed with drawers so we needed a special zero clearance frame. This frame was easy to install and easy to use. My back loves this frame!!! We had a small issue which was resolved quickly by the store. We ordered on a Monday and it was delivered the following Wednesday (10 days) - considering that the East Coast was dealing with Hurricane Henri this was pretty good.
I think the people who have had long delivery times should probably have an issue with FedEx rather than Blissful Nights.

This place is worthless the manager is rude and has 0 customer service skills. His answer to my problem that they caused was.to cancel the order. He actually had the nerve to insult me.what A immature kid who definitely should not have a manager title.save yourself a lot of headaches and keep looking it will be worth spending a couple extra dollars. GOOD LUCK LADY'S AND GENTLEMAN.

Don't expect a full refund when returning their product. I tried to return bases after realizing that they would not work where I had intended to use them. I was informed that their return policy states that there will be an $80.00 charge if returned prior to 30 days. I waited the 30 days and arranged for pickup. After receiving a refund that was $180.00 less than I had paid, I contacted customer service. I was told that they would consult with their supervisor and find out why. I followed up a couple more times and still have not received an explanation. I have learned my lesson, a rather expensive lesson. I hope that this review will help others to avoid the same lesson.

Oh My Goodness! What incredible customer service! I bought an adjustable bed for my Mom. It is wonderful. Setup was super easy and it has worked wonderfully for more than a year. My Mom lost her remote and I called. They fedexed one to me for free. GREAT customer service, great product!
