I had an amazingly positive experience with Jessica today at the branch. I was being given the runaround at other branches for my name change and being told it was too long and complicated to do in office. Jessica was very kind and helpful and we had nice conversation other than banking matters. She helped us fix my name on our joint account and even make some additional changes to account that we didn't plan on but were much needed!

I came in to start an additional new account a few minutes ago. Unfortunately, the Vice President "Beto" stated that he didn't have time to help me today, so I went to Bank of America to open the new account. Looks like I will be closing my Chase accounts if this is how they treat their customers.

I went to Chase Bank in La Verne to talk to a banker for a fraud related matter. I set down and waited for about 25 minutes and not one employee came to ask if I needed help. There was a banker in one of the cubicles sitting all by herself. I approached her and asked if there was anyone to help me, she said, "I am the only banker and booked all day", while she had no one with her or no one else waiting. She could have helped me for 5-10 minutes, even if a person was scheduled to come in, since there was no one else waiting around.She said she can make a schedule for next week!!!!!! This was for a fraud issue but she did not care, and she had a polite sarcastic grin on her face!!!!!!! She did not care!!!! I waited around to possibly talk to the manager and that did not happen also, and I finally walked out of the bank!!I waited over 30 minutes, and no one came to ask me anything or to notify me that I need to make an appointment or anything. I guess I could have set around for the rest of the day until closing time and they would have asked me to leave at that time.

I usually have bad experience at local banks. My wife happen to apply a credit card at this branch. Lamarr, the branch manager helped us set up a new card and mail by express. He is extremely friendly and patient. We got a call today for follow up my wife new card. We are very satisfied with his services he provided.

I'd like to thank the bank manager and associates for their patience and diligence assisting me with a special circumstance. They were very professional and upfront. Nice to know there remains a few decent people on the planet!!Thank you!!

I come in here all the time for work. There is 1 teller, 5 people in line, and 4 other people who work here sitting at desks doing nothing. They are actually discussing who has what days off. Cross train the people who who here to help the line. Then the teller is asking the person she is helping questions about Christmas. Can you please just cut the chit chat and move this line.

We visited the La Verne beach in an effort to open a business account. After waiting for over 30 minutes in lobby for someone to help a banker approached us and gave us along list of documents he would need to open the account. We were missing a couple of documents from his list so we went home to retrieve them and returned. The next banker who approached us on our return asked for additional documents that we did not have and had us wait another hour. He then returned and told us we needed to set up an appointment later on that evening. None of these representatives had any desire to assist us and it was very apparent. We left and went to a competitor down the street and opened the account there in under 30 minutes and outside our identification, they did not request any of the documents that Chase had asked for. This new bank also had insightful information for small businesses and much support.

Chase bank does not care about there customers, especially the phone systems will transfer your from one to another or keep you on hold longer than a hour just for customer support. Instead of the bank working with you or for you this bank is against you. I'm pulling my money out of all my accounts and looking for something much better where I won't get the run around.

Ok so we loved and went back to Chase La Verne for brunch today so awesome we were welcomed back and had the best time! This place has it all normally I say to my husband I love this place it is top notch when it is of course lol today he said it to me! Hubby loved and had the special made Burning Mandarin Martini with jalapeñoStacie Bartender is a Supreme Bartender who amakes special drinks that truly are top notch and so she’s so sweet and then he tried her watermelon mint teeny but loved the 1st one so much & the Bloody Mary’s for sure! She recommended the grilled cheese brisket he was over the moon about it and I had the same amazing Crabcake Benedict we are definitely looking forward to going to dinner here and becoming regulars! We even met the owners Dori & Sean and told them how impressed we were with everything from top to bottom! Highly Recommend Chase La Verne for small medium and large gatherings it’s truly a favorite of ours
