Called Mike and he had coworker Tristan there in 15 mins. Tristan had my broken vehicle towed to my house in 10 mins. Nice, professional, never had such quick service from a towing company in my life. Highly recommend.

They are heaven sent ,I was stranded on the freeway for hours,they came to pick me up after the previous towing company said they were on their way and never showed up they have their own repair shop,my car was towed to their shop,they are professional and fixed my car and have not had any issues.Services: Auto battery replacement

Great tow and repair service. Our vehicle was safely moved after a traffic accident and taken to our home where Sergio was kind enough to assist me with changing the tire that was damaged in the accident and replaced it with my vehicle's spare. Professional and reliable. Will be utilizing them again for future service.Service: Tires

Came across B&M from google when I needed a tire. Mike picked up and helped me out now I’ve taken all three of my cars there and they fixed my bmw which 3 other mechanics had a problem fixing. The price is great and the service is matched. Thanks to your team at B&MService: Engine repair

In short Got a flat had my insurance issue a tow request B&M contacted me , the driver, got towed identified I needed a new tire after that 120.00 later I'm back on the road I'd recommend this place whenever my mechanic shop is unavailable, I go to TLC. In my opinion there is a great deal of negative reviews on this place and many of the stories are questionable at the very least. Upon getting contacted by the driver He mentioned they have tires , only new , yet also do patch work and suggested getting the car delivered to his shop so I agreed. I'm a big supporter on doing business with people within my town or in general independent business owners. What the driver , or drivers do by bringing the vehicles to their shop is something that isn't bad at all Simply put it's a business strategy that works. I almost went with another business because the driver asked if I had a mask , I informed him I don't wear masks he said it's only up the street I agreed and politely stated if it's a big issue I'll go with someone else so he doesn't have to compromise his beliefs None the less I arrived at the shop I have an extensive background in automotive mechanical work I just don't like to work on vehicles anymore and don't have a problem with paying someone else to do it. To be clear I didn't discern any crooked intentions from the business or it's owner. To end this I would recommend giving Mike and his business a shot considering we are in California and to operate a business in this welfare state is not easy at all

This place was quick and friendly. I had a screw in one of my tires and it was pouring outside. I was truly lucky to come across this place because I also had tacos. They were so quick the tacos were still warm when I got home.Service: Tires

I’d like to thank Mike and his team on doing a great job on my truck. My truck left me stranded and they were courteous enough to pick up my truck and repair my vehicle back to working conditions. I got my transmission rebuilt, transfer case replaced as well as my power steering pump and a/c compressor replaced. I’ve had my truck for about a week now and have had no issues so far. They also provided me with a year warranty if any issues were to arise. Big shootout to big Mike, I’d highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a reliable, honest mechanic, which these days is very difficult to find.Services: Auto A/C replacement

I am so grateful for B&M towing and auto repair. One of my tires broke unexpectedly, and I didn’t have a lot of time to get it repaired. This company picked up my car literally within 10 minutes of contacting them. The tow truck driver was nice and helpful and got the car to the shop quickly. They immediately diagnosed the issue and determined that they couldn’t save the tire, which, frankly I expected. They took the time to show me the tire and the damage so that I could see what the issue was. They replaced the tire within minutes of arriving and I was back on the road. Good to go. B&M was quick and efficient and I sincerely appreciate their service.
