New guy wasted my time. Made me call their 611 support line to get "verified", and low and behold, I was verified online. Go to the Arrow Highway store, it's not too far from this one. This guy is just going to waste your time with a bad attitude.

I’d leave negative stars if I could. This store is a complete scam. Amy the salesperson talked us in to a iPhone apple watch promotion. She promised we’d be able to upgrade our phones watches and plan and pay a little less then what we were paying. Who knows what she did but now we’re stuck with a 400$ monthly bill and almost 3000$ In Equipment fees that no one seems to be able to fix. Stay as far away as possible. It’s not a real AT&T store. They’re “retail” stores that are individually owned. Stay as far away as possible. Go to a real AT&T store and if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.

I came in for an upgrade, said i didn’t want anything else added other than the phone and noticed 2 days later “Next up” was added and insurance for an additional $20 a month. It wasn’t on my receipt or paperwork at all, i only knew because of an email i received. Not only that, he suggested a car charger that didn’t even work for my phone. i tried to come return it and after the worker not knowing anything and being on the phone with a manager, he tried to say he can’t return it because it’s open, then switched to he can’t return it because he’s not a manager and he’s the only one here and to come back on Monday.

Melissa went above and beyond helping us getting our phonelines! This AT&T store in Foothill Blvd is so far the best store we've been to because of her! She was very helpful and always pleasant even though the application process was long! The two ATT stores in Hacienda Heights have horrible customer services!!! The people there almost didn't want to serve us, pretended not to see us and minimally explained things to us (one question, one answer). So, this att store in foothill is by far the best because it has Melissa!

Walked in with all kinds of issues and the manager Melisa Alegria took care of all my issues. I promised a great review for that. So here it is Melissa. She lowered my bill and somehow sold me 2 more lines and extra services. She rocks and she is the manager. I hope the regional manager of ATT reads this and calls her to personally congratulate her for leaving a client so happy that he (me) took the time to write this review I rarely will do.

This Location is amazing I went In for some trouble with my phone when it unexpectedly went out a young lady was helping out multiple customers it seemed she was working all by herself how quick and efficient she helped each customer with out looking like she got overwhelmed was astonishing to me. She managed to help everyone and manage to have a smile and make each customer laugh. She was able to help me switch over from Verizon and after having a bad experience at another location she was able to answer and ease all my concerns. I was Very hesitant about getting a new phone because I didn’t want to lose my information she told me that she will handle everything and make sure everything was done and I would Not have to worry. Due to me not knowing my information it made the process a little difficult for her. She told me she would spend all day with me to help me figure it out. It was a very long process and she managed to make the process fun enjoyable and a less stressful process. She was then able to to give me her information so I can Call her if I had Any issues. She made my AT&T experience enjoyable and fun. This store is very lucky to have her be so knowledgeable and patient and so supportive. She is an excellent asset to this company and I believe on how hard she worked she deserves to have a raise. Thank you Miss Amy for helping me and getting a lifetime costumer. I hope She doesn’t leave because I wouldn’t know anyone else who can have so much patience and do it with a beautiful smile on her face. This women could get me to buy the whole store she was an exceptional sales representative. The company has me as a forever customer as long as Amy gets to help me out every time. Thank you At&t for your great service and excellent customer experience.

Worst experience of my life Amy was so disrespectful. She has no sense of how to be a proper manager as she couldn’t even keep her composure and wouldn’t allow another employee to help me. She needs to be fired immediately I will be contacting higher management every single day until something is done.

Yay, the store is still there! It’s a few doors down next to the cigar shop.They moved…The new manager there is fantastic!She was so helpful and the staff was friendly. I prefer this store over others they always have great customer service!I always get the right information from there. I went to another store and they didn’t even hardly help me at all or mention all the promotions that my account qualified for. This store went above and beyond to help us, went on the weekend and it wasn’t crowded or a long wait time at all. Overall my experience here was great! ? I definitely recommend this store!

Tried to return my old phone after I purchased a new one three days prior. When I walked into the store there were only two other customers (husband&wife). The employee never greeted me & it reeked with the smell of cigars from the cigar lounge next door. I walked around a bit then sat down one table away from the couple that was being helped. After about 15-20 minutes with no acknowledgment, eye contact, or a hello it was apparent I was being ignored. After finally being asked if I had a question, I explained my situation a was given very short answers and told I needed to charge my phone then left to sit for another 10 minutes. I eventually couldn’t take the smell of cigars and poor service any longer and left. Getting nothing accomplished after waisting 40 minutes. I literally just needed a receipt for the phone exchange (takes about 5 minutes) but instead was forced to listen to the employee share stories and jokes with the married couple. Not sure if she was just scared I’d try and steal something or what.

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service by the very knowledgeable staff who could answer any of my questions about anything no matter how confused I got. Very impressed with Miss Amy and her knowledge and efficiency when setting me up with a new phone.10/10
