I am a paying customer and my 8 year old daughter needed to go to the restroom really bad. The cashier Amber said no, the rest rooms were closed for the day. Lack of customer service and empathy for an 8 year old who needs to go pee. Anyone who has a heart and is a parent of a small child knows how it feels. My husband left me at Aldi's paying while he rushed our daughter to Mc Donald's across the street. I had to wait for them to return for me at 9:10pm in an empty parking lot where I could have been mugged or worse.

The best kept secret in the grocery game! Employees here are incredibly kind and helpful, prices are amazing and there’s always fun stuff to find on the Isle of savings. Why would I go to Trader Joe’s when I can get exactly the same items at reduced prices?

It took me awhile to get used to this store. The quarter you need to use a shopping cart, the lack of music and the cashier's attitude of "get 'em out as soon as you can." But I've grown to really like this store. The prices are super reasonable and they have a lot of the same products that other stores have at a lower price. I like that they have a limited selection of things. I've gone to a different store to purchase something simple, like yogurt, and have been overwhelmed by the selection! Aldi carries what they carry and that's it. They do have some fun surprise items, I purchased the cutest cactus a few weeks ago!
