I have been a member of wells fargo for many years and recently fell into some bad financial times. I was communicative with the bank and tried to work with them to get my accounts in good standing. I was harrassed by phone calls urging me to setup a payment plan, which I did, then the person I set up the payment plan with told me to go into the branch and talk to a banker about keeping the accounts open and that only they would be able to help keep them open. I now feel like the only reason she told me this was to get a payment toward the account.I did go into the bank and spoke to a banker. The banker was very understanding but after a phone call with her corporate team, couldnt help with fee's, or keeping the account open so I could get the account in good standing. The banker was VERY nice and tried her best, but her hands were tied by whoever she was talking to on the phone.I had two accounts open, a brokerage account, and another investment account and at this point am closing the accounts that have not been shut down. This is the reason people go to smaller banks and credit unions. There is no understanding or help to someone who is going through a hard time. I have since gotten back on my feet and will be taking my banking elsewhere! I cannot say how disappointed I was with Wells Fargo.

Be honest with your time. Thank you for trying to help without knowing if you can assist a new customer opening a business account without an appointment. But telling me to come back two hours later; to ask me if I can actually come back again at a different time it’s playing with peoples time. Please don’t.

I Would love to meet the manager and try to understand his thought process on why they think it would be a good idea to put one bank teller on the floor. Line of 11 people and only 1 person working? Fools

So my husband and I met with Joshua when we had a banking issue.. our family is going through extremely hard times right now. My husband has appendiceal cancer and is right now going through chemo.. needless to say a banking issue was the last thing we needed. Joshua not only helped us and solved the problem- but he was absolutely amazing throughout the process. He was kind, compassionate, efficient, and so empathetic to what we are going through. Have you ever been having one of those weeks where you just need someone to restore your faith in humanity?? Restore your faith that there are GOOD people out there- well this was that experience.. anyone who is looking for a good bank and banker who cares- GO HERE and ask for Joshua.

This bank is been going bad and worst every day is sad to see good customer service going forever. When it use to be nice to go to the bank and said hi and know the tellers. Now at days is all business nothing personal so sad. The new manager in that branch don't think she is experience to take the position she has because she ask me for a receipt to show her tellers what not to do after two years me been doing it every other month and now telling me they can help me. Is ridiculous how some workers don't see to be care about customers.

My comment at the present, they don't care about its customers. Temperature outside is over 110 and it's the beginning of July. They don't have money to setup a few canopies?! Pathetic

I've been a business and personal customer of Wells Fargo for 25 years. This is the worst branch that I've ever been to. Recently, I was handed off to an incompetent banker who gave me erroneous information and was very unhelpful. I had to go to another branch in Indio that was much better managed.

If you need a "real banker" avoid this place at all costs. The manager couldn't be bothered to try and help me.

I was offered $200 bonus for opening a checking account when I moved here. I met the requirements as stated and called after the 3 months to check the status of my bonus when it didn't arrive in my account . Each month I called and was told it will show up in 45 days and told by three different agents that I met the requirements and it was taking longer than expected. Today, I was told that I didn't meet the requirements after all and was denied the $200 bonus. I also lost $10/month for the checking fees: blatant false advertising. I was warned not to use this bank- should've listened. The corporate customer service was no help whatsoever. Wells Fargo is a joke.

Been to this bank several times. Today I took my mom so she could deposit a check and ask for a statement. After she deposited her check she asked for a statement printout. She was asked to sit down for a banker to assist her with the print out. There was no sign-in sheet nor someone letting them know the wait time. After about 30 minutes, we just decided to leave. They can improve on their customer service.
